EN Hotel - an excellent hotel in an amazing and quiet location. Walking distance from the main street in Hiroshima and about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The hotel is near the river. We got a relatively large and high standard room. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a very large and comfortable desk to work on. The room has a small fridge, a safe, a small bathroom, a place to hang clothes and a TV that was hanging away from the bed and didn't rotate so we didn't use it. We got a room with an amazing view of the river, a pastoral view and a very quiet area. The hotel wifi worked well overall. There were a few times that the wifi worked weaker but it was fixed very quickly. The hotel has breakfast. The price is 200 yen cheaper if you pay for a meal in advance (that morning the cost will be 1,700 yen). The hotel staff is lovely. They helped us with everything we asked or requested and were very professional. The hotel has a laundry service- 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Washing cost - 300 yen per half hour and dryer cost 100 yen per half hour. The hotel is at very affordable price. Highly recommend!

The air conditioner in the room did not work very well, was noisy and weak. It has 4 options in total - closed, low, medium and high. The air conditioner is the only reason I gave a 9 in the review and not 10. At these days, there is maintenance work in the hotel including maintenance of the air conditioner, so I hope they really fix it so that it works properly and won't be noisy.

Super nice room, the position is halfway form the station to the centre and nicely near the river. It was very comfortable and you can leave your luggage there.

Easy walking distance from train station and centre for sightseeing, good size room with comfortable bed. Laundry facilities, microwave, kombinis nearby. Welcoming lobby, well kept hotel with very friendly and helpful front desk staff who assisted us with luggage forwarding. Buffet breakfast look good but we didn't get a chance to try it. Aircon control in the room and windows can be opened. We had a room with a river view which was nice. Surprisingly a comfortable stay for the price we paid

Very small bathroom but adequatte for one's needs. Pillows - but this is down to a personal preference and something we struggled with in most hotels.

Good location, about 15 minutes walk from Hiroshima station and about 25 minutes walk from the central area, where there is the Museum, the peace flame, the dome, etc... Everything very clean, friendly staff, easy check-in, breakfast was included. We liked everything.

Nothing to say. We liked everything. Another positive point was that check-in was only in the afternoon, but they let us store our bags at the hotel so we could start exploring the city straight away.

The room was spacious, modern and nicely designed. The window spanning a whole wall provided a lot of light. The beds were quite comfy. The location is its best point as we were just off the main road next to one of the rivers in the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even helping us make a paper crane upon checkout. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout.

The WiFi in our room was quite bad. It often disconnected randomly or if you moved slightly, like turning over in bed. I think this may have been because our room was at the very end of the corridor (the edge of the building) but it was very annoying. There were also not enough plugs. There were only two USB plugs between the two single beds by the window, one regular plug on the desk and one regular plug in the bathroom. There were no plugs in reach of the sofa bed. So depending on the chargers you have and the number of people it might be difficult to recharge all your devices overnight. The sofa bed did not face the TV, so one person always had to sit on another person's bed to watch it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel offered a variety of helpful amenities, including a self-service laundromat, vending machines, and other conveniences that made my stay hassle-free. I used the laundry facilities and was happy to find that both the washing machines and dryers worked efficiently. However, since they can get busy, I recommend using them early in the morning, around 5:30 a.m., when it's quieter. The location was another highlight. It's easy to get around by public transport, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to find meals. Whether you want to take public transit or simply walk around, there are tons of options in the area. Overall, this hotel offered a great combination of comfort, convenience, and value. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location, next to a park and canal. Within good walking distance to some busy night spots but not too close and close to the main Hiroshima station. Staff were polite and room was quite big

The mattress was super hard and I woke up very stiff the first morning, I asked but they said they were all the same. We were on the top floor and could hear what I assumed to be some sort of pump constantly on going. There were some spots around the room which could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn't too bad.

Everything about the En Hotel was great. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the train station and close to lots of great restaurants. The hotel does offer breakfast though we didn’t try it. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby from 3pm - 10am each day which was a huge bonus for us. The lobby is spacious and is a great place to enjoy coffee and plan the day. Would definitely stay again.

One km from train station. Two stops by bus number 6. Probably four stops by trams. Bus is on ground level outside the train station. Just over 1km on foot to walk the the A-bomb dome, memorial etc by going through the Hondori shopping arcade. There is a Lawson nearby for water, ice-cream, instant noodles etc. Breakfast for 1500 yen paid in advance, 1700 yen on the day. Free coffee and tea from 3pm till evening. A tiny cooler (fridge) in the room for water and soft drinks.

You have to find somewhere else for dinner. It is not a lively area, no decent eating places. There is just one socket in the room.

The location was super easy and conventient. There was a lot of cute art in the lobby, a wonderful open seating area, and free coffee bar in the morning. I wish I had additional time in the hotel, actually, to enjoy the lobby. It seemed like a nice place to read and relax.

I'm not sure if I just couldn't find them, but there were no outlets near the head of the bed? They had usb ports but no outlets. The family I was traveling with uses a cpap machine and needs an outlet nearby to sleep.
