The apartment is a great size. We traveled as a family of 6 and there was plenty of room. There was a washing machine which was really great. When we arrived there was no washing powder but when we contacted the agent, they were super quick to respond and drop some off. This was fantastic. The tram was super close. Hiroshima train station is not far and if we didn't have kids, would have walked everyday. The beds were comfortable, the blankets really warm. There is a convenience store downstairs which, pardon the pun, was very convenient. There was a restaurant across the road that makes okonomiyaki which was amazing! Also only a 10 minute walk to Hiroshima Dambara shopping centre which has a grocery store, cinemas and a 2nd hand store that is a whole floor but has some really cool stuff. We really liked this place.

Entry was frustrating - you will need a photo of all people staying and their passport. Annoying when you have a large family and they've just traveled a few hours from Tokyo on shinkansen. Maybe could do with some glasses to drink out of instead of mugs. There is no dryer so would be good if it had an indoor clothes airer.

Excellent apartment. Two large bedrooms, large kitchen, a "games" room and separate dining area. Our teenage boys loved the projector connected to netflix/ youtube (or whatever they were watching :-)). Washing machine for clothes.

With no reception, the instructions for key collection were long and complicated. The hotel address given was for checkin but then another 10 minute walk to the apartment - very hot tiring work in this climate in August.

Great little house with everything you need for a fun holiday!

The clothes drying facilities were not great. There was an airer but it was too low to the ground & the clothes got wet by the water from the air conditioner - made it hard to dry clothes.

Two bedroom unit just outside the city area. Tram station just outside. Nice local residential vibe.

Easy to find, good location, everything we needed in the apartment, good transport links, excellent facilities.

There was no identifying name on the outside of building. We were in the proper location but didn't know where the apt was. Outside identification is needed.

The apartment was very spacious and modern. Super comfy chairs with footstools. Soft, squishy beds which I loved.

The check in process was complicated.

Location, size

Check in was a little convoluted. A photo of the building or entryway would be helpful.

Cleanliness and space

Seating in the living room difficult for five. The check in process on arrival was longer and more difficult than other places.

The location was good. The beds where soft which I liked.

I think a TV would be better that a projector.
