The accommodation is next to AEON Mall Dambara which has a grocery (closes at midnight) on the ground floor, McDonald's, Daiso, Book Off, and a Pharmacy. There is also a nearby WANTS drugstore. Access from the Hiroshima Station is easy via the Hiroshima University Hospital bus, but I recommend just taking a taxi if you have luggage. Going to the Hondori Street and the Peace Memorial Park is also easy since there is a bus just around the corner. There are cooking and dining utensils provided. You can also wash your clothes using the washing machine, although you must take it to a coin laundry if you want to use a dryer. And finally, the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we felt at home and will book this place again in the future.

Check-in was a bit difficult since we had to take pictures of our passports, and the light was reflected in the image, so we had to repeat several times. Also, we hope that they replace the window screens in the living room area.

Lots of space - finally a place in Japan where I could comfortably open my suitcases and still have space to move around, or just enjoy a beer on the couch. The apartment was equipped with everything I could ever need including the washing machine. The place was clean, japanese beds were really comfy. Location was good - a great shopping mall just next to the apartment, 10min walk to a tram, 20min walk to Hiroshima Station.

Windows not blocking any sound - just like in every japanese building I've been to. There were some bikers making lots of noise in the evenings, but they stopped pretty early and the nights were actually quiet.

The apartment was perfect for the 4 adults and one toddler who were staying. It was the only accommodation during our holiday in Japan that had a cot available for us to use. The apartment was well laid out and the amenities were good. The washing machine was an added bonus and our laundry dried really quickly on the balcony! The bus outside the apartment was great for getting to the station and into the centre. A good supermarket in walking distance as well as the usual 7-11 type shops.

There was no air conditioner in the third bedroom. Not a huge problem but, during the summer, it was a bit too hot to use that bedroom to sleep in.

The apartment is huge for Japanese standards. Our daughter loved the children room. We appreciated an extra bedroom. It is totally OK to get to the center by bus. Also there is a huge supermarket.

Maybe I would have loved more (and complete as well as working/tidy) children toys, my daughter wanted to build something but could not. Everything else was really good!

Everything. As a family it was fabulous. 3 bedrooms (we only used 2) lift to the door. Easy access and close to all amenities and a lovely park. Centra to everything.

The stove was a bit strange. The plug didn’t quite reach without the extension cord. We ate out most time but for safety maybe need looking at?

Very easy virtual check-in, with very detailed instructions. The accomodation is very spacious with great amenities such as a washing machine and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Located a 19 minute walk from Hiroshima station, this accomodation was great value for money.

The couch seemed a bit dirty.

Very much a regular Japanese apartment. Was nice and clean and well stocked with amenities. Comfortably accommodated our large group of six adults and two children.

The self-check-in procedure is a little cumbersome when you have many guests and luggage to juggle. Would be better if you could scan IDs before arrival, and just take photos on the tablets.

Lots of space and good value for money. Great kids room touches, and handy washing machine with hangers to dry clothes quick on the balcony.

In a quiet area, which was great, but perhaps too out of the way for some people.

It was very spacious and comfortable. We loved having three bedrooms and everything was well explained in your guest handbook. If we visit Hiroshima again, we will definitely keep this hotel at the top of our list.

Spacious and clean apartment. Everything that you need is there. Huge supermarket is 1 min walk away, so it's really great if you plan to have breakfast and dinner at home. Very helpful staff!

Quite far from the museum and the castle. JR line is also quite a walk, so bear this in mind - you will walk a lot if you came here without a car. We also couldn't find detergent for washing machine.
