You know what to expect from Toyoko Inn. However all appeared newer. Room clean comfortable and functional aside from bed which is always hard as a rock with this hotel chain. No smoking smell. Location easy walk from station but other properties closer in walking distance to historic sites Above expectations in regard to kitchen staff who explained in English the ingredients in their dishes for a plant based diet. Love the Toyoko inn for the provision of a free included Japanese breakfast.

My wife, my son and i stayed here for 2 nights and we liked this place. Room's size was not large but enough. Almost anything was automatized which we found intersting but we enjoyed. The service areas which are in some specific floors to get hot water, tea, ice, coffee etc was great idea. The beds and and bathroom was super clean like aywhere you go in japan. Breakfast is a big plus. We loved breakfast which is mix of western and eastern. Also the location is wonderful.. It is 6-7 minutes walk from shinkansen hiroshima station. We had stayed in ryokans and wanted to try a budget hotel and toyoka inn met our expectations

The hotel is as described (possible even better). It's a business hotel chain, so expectations were... low. BUT, everything was clean. Staff was friendly and spoke (enough) English. Breakfast was good - buffet style. Most of all, affordable. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Location could have been a LITTLE bit closer to the station (~10-15 minute), but the trade-off is affordability. So it's really hard to complain. Again, I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great location (less than 10 min by foot from Hirsohima main station). Even if the staff did not talk a lot in English we managed to understand each other and everyone was very nice and helpful. You can leave your stuff before the check-in time. The room was confortable, clean and with everything needed. Great vue from the room (on the 10th floor for us) on Hiroshima. There is a conveniance store and vending machines near the hotel and it is located in front of the Mazda stadium for the baseball fans.

We arrived at the end of the breakfest time (which end at 9am, little bit early for us) and there was no more bread. No biggies, if you want to enjoy the free breakfest you just have to wake up a little bit earlier than we did.

It's near the train station but about a 40-minute walk from the museum area. The room is clean, the bed big and the staff nice.

The breakfast was pretty bad, at least for vegetarians, vegans, and those who prefer a less salty meal in the morning. It was all rice, meat, and vegetables—no fruit, no cereal. They had a small amount of bread, butter, and jam, but it ran out before breakfast ended.

Excellent location. Nice personal at the reception and the restaurant as well. The room is a bit more spacious than APA style. Very comfy bed and pillows. Very clean all around. The bathroom is a bit bigger than usually found in these hotels' styles, even a rain shower available. Fast check out.

Well, the mattress was a bit hard for me. Overall, it was fine for me.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and a good size as well. There is a good convenience store 2 minutes away and it seemed to be a good location for taxis coming through if you need to get around Hiroshima.

It wasn't far from the main station but, if you're carrying mid to heavy luggage, it can be a bit of a walk.

We loved the size of the bed, it was a very comfortable mattress also. The breakfast exceeded our expectations - a range of hot/cold options and it varied every day. We could also take this upstairs to have in our bedroom.

The walk to Hiroshima station was about 10 minutes and for some, can be considered a bit far especially carrying luggage and needing to cross train tracks.

Its a good place to stay., not too far from Hiroshima Train Station. There is a good variety for breakfast. Room is reasonably spacious. The bathroom is small but functional.

The price is higher than other Toyoko Inns, but I will still choose Toyoko Inn in future.

Location of Hotel is good. Breakfast of Toyoko Inn is same in all the hotel. On 29th morning, at least Breakfast area was not crowded.

Even after booking for kids. hotel does not provide additional towels for kids. Usually same towel twice is not hygienic. Even there is no such option as get towel by paying extra.
