Convenient budget hotel in a great location in Hiroshima. Just off the street from all the downtown eateries and cafes, and literally 5 minutes on the bus from the central station. A short bus from the Peace Memorial Park. Don't miss Saikafu bar and karaoke, they server the best okonimoyaki we had in Japan! The room is simple, as you would expect from a budget hotel, but it met all our needs for 2 nights in the city. Despite being on a main road it was very quiet at night and we slept well! The staff were very kind and helpful at all times, and check in and check out is swift and easy with automatic machines.

This hotel was a nice surprise, the room was small but because it wasn't cramped with a queen sized bed, it felt a lot more spacious then rooms we previously had.  We were on the 10th floor and had a window which made the room nice and bright (room 1007) The room was clean and had a fridge and kettle. Coffee, tea and toiletries are available downstairs near reception. PJs available in the hallway. Daily fresh towels and room cleaning on request.  Very friendly reception staff with good English. Great location, tram- and bus stop, familart right outside. Across the road is a place that serves food from early in the morning. Walking distance to downtown area. We also walked to the peace park but of course you can just take the tram.  I would recommend this place

This is a great value for money for anyone traveling to Hiroshima. The location is excellent—right on the main avenue, directly in front of a streetcar stop. Just downstairs, there’s a FamilyMart and another convenience store. The bus station is a 12-minute walk away, and the train station is about 10 minutes by streetcar. The room was small but extremely functional and had everything we needed. In fact, it was even larger than the average Japanese hotel room. The hotel provides free pijamas for guests and offers toiletries, coffee, tea, and bathroom essentials at any time, available in front of the reception. Towels are changed daily, and room cleaning is available upon request. Breakfast is available for an additional $9. It was varied and enjoyable—perhaps a bit too Japanese for some tastes, but fitting for the location. All in all, we had a great stay!

Really nothing, this was a great discovery, and we will be happy to go back one day!

Stayed 3 nights at Chisun hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I was on 8th floor , lift was great Room on smallish side but ok for one person Towels were delivered to my door every day. Good wifi and aircon. Kettle and fridge No coffee or tea supplied but that's ok. Sheets and towels Clean. Shampoos, conditioner and Body soap very nice. Bathroom was small like most Japan hotels

Pillow was both soft and hard. Couldn't get comfortable. Carpet in room 808 needs replacing, it was a bit worn and looked unappealing.

The Hop On Hop Off bus stop was only a couple of blocks from the hotel which was very nice. My Japan train pass gave me access for free. There is a huge shopping area very close by also. There were also buses and trolleys in front of the hotel that stop at the train station. All was very convenient.

There was nothing I didn't like. If I'm stretching this a little, I couldn't get the AC to work but I also didn't follow-up with the front desk and I used Google translate to read the Japanese controls in English but that didn't seem to help.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s not a five-star luxury experience, but it certainly delivered everything we needed for a comfortable night. The room was clean and quite decent for the short stay, even though it didn’t offer any views. The location is definitely a plus — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice variety and quality. Overall, a solid choice for a short break.

Tram and bus are right in front of the hotel, which can take you wherever you'd want, but everything is also within reasonable walking distance. Staff is kind and helpful, FamilyMart is right next door and Wants (drugstore) is also just a few doors down the street. Very handy to have those so nearby for a quick breakfast, snack, or medication. The hotel also offered a lot of free amenities and tourist information.

The room was definitely on the smaller side. We had two small to medium sized suitcases and 2 backpacks, and while they fit, we did hit ourselves a multiple time because of the lack of space, so take that into account. The double bed was also only accessible from one side (and the foot end).

Excellent location within walking distance of train station & bus stops nearby for travelling to other places. Lots of eating places & shopping nearby. Slippers & night robes provided as well as toiletries. Reception area offered additional toiletries, ear plugs, tea and filtered coffee bags. Staff friendly & left luggage facility offered.

Towels changed every day - felt this was unnecessary & didn’t use clean towels left outside room every morning.

The staff were super nice. We arrived early and were able to leave our suitcases without any problems and even when we asked for a second blanket (or rather a second duvet cover), this was not immediately understood due to the language barrier, but was lovingly handled. The location is also super central and we were able to walk to a lot of places. The best: Breakfast was excellent!

At the beginning we had some problems with the air conditioning settings, but that was 100% because of us, so no complaints :)

Its location is fantastic. Whilst it’s a 15 minute tram ride from Hiroshima station, the hotel has the tram stop outside and across the road all the cafes, bars, food experiences you could want. You can walk to Peace Park and A-bomb site and the Castle. Breakfast was also well worth it.

The rooms are a little tired and the bathroom smelt, however the excellent room price more than made up for the downside.
