Good location (very close to the bus station), I booked the room, not the capsule, so my review is based on that. There was enough space, but it would have been nice to have a door I could lock, since the locker inside the room was rather small. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the lady who (I suppose) is the owner. Ciao!

I've stayed here many times so it feels silly to keep posting the same things, but for the price, location, amenities, staff treatment, comfort, etc -- it is impossible to beat when traveling alone.

The only things that would really improve it are seemingly impossible, I suppose (a bath or onsen, for example). Perhaps take the springs off of the shoe lockers so it's easier to put it/remove our shoes with one hand? Haha! Make it a bit easier to request a top or bottom bunk when we book. Sometimes I forget to make the special request, and it can cause an issue.

Great location. From Hiroshima station the streetcar will stop right in front of the hotel. If you're travelling light it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. For Miyajima Island you can go to the stop in front of the hotel and take a ~1h streetcar to the ferry terminal. There is a convienience store right below the hotel. Great staff, they provide luggage storage before checking in. They provide slippers, towels, and nightwear. Great for solo travel.

Wi-fi was free but slow and hard to connect to during the busy times in the evening with everyone using the wi-fi at the same time.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Facilities in terms of shower room, toilet area, laundry, Reception area and lockers without doubt the best I've ever seen. Forgot the goody bag with towel, sleepwear, razor etc, absolutely amazing. Loved the cubicle, slept very well, and it was perfectly located for me to wander off by whatever means to see what I wanted to see in and around Hiroshima. Thank you.

The most impersonal hostel I've ever been in. In the three days or so that I was there, I never once witnessed a conversation or a meeting of people from different places in the lounge area. It seemed to be a stopping off place for people to work on their computers, occasionally have a bite to eat at the table, but never to have a general conversation. This actually is not a criticism since it's something totally beyond your control.

The best capsule hotel I have been to for now, on women side the capsules were large, with a space with a key for your stuff underneath, the shower cabins were clean, same for the shared spaces, the lended pyjamas were clean and comfortable, and the beds were actually comfortable ! It not far by foot from Hiroshima castle and peace park, you just need to walk about 25min. The service was great, they kept our luggage for the day after our stay.

The guys from our group told us their capsules were tinier that on women side, maybe a bit older / not renovated, but it was still comfortable, it was regular size.

The best place I have slept so far in Japan. Well organised, great quality and location for the price that I have paid. You are equipped with everything possible, from towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair styling products through towel, shoes and dryer until even pajamas. The space is just strictly for girls so it is nice and clean and not messy at all. For me these cubes are perfect because even if you are still in one room with other people, you still have your private space and you can sleep however you want and nobody will see you. And of course the staff is very adorable and helpful :)

I cannot think of even one thing because the experience for me was so great!

The staff were friendly and able to accommodate any questions that you had. In particular, they were very helpful with explaining how to make your way to Miyajima for travel and other main attractions/landmarks in Hiroshima. I also liked the luggage space with the assigned key so that my belongings were safely tucked away. It was also very kind of them to store my luggage before and after! ありがとうございました!

As an extremely light sleeper, I am sensitive to any sounds, temperature and even lighting. Even with ear plugs and a sleeping mask, it did not block out some capsule dormmates who would continually chatter away and laugh late in the evening. This was frustrating during some evenings, though I chose to endure it. Normally I would confront but it depends on the context. Unfortunately there is no curfew applied currently by the accommodation. I would strongly recommend that a curfew is enforced (for example, 10pm-7am quiet) so that everyone can be respectful of the shared communal space. Also, there is a strong smoke smell in the female lounge space so I chose to hung in the reception's lounge space on 4F instead. Despite these two points, I still really enjoyed my stay here!

Given their price, there’s almost nothing to dislike. Very conveniently located in front of street car station. Room temperature was centrally controlled just like a regular hostel, but it was pretty okay although a little bit too hot for me. The attention to detail is amazing. They prepare two types of body soap, shampoo, and conditioner where one has energizing smell while the other has calming smell. The shower always so powerful but they didn’t hurt at all. They put foam on the table’s legs in the shower room so if in case the guest hit the legs, they won’t be hurt. They put all the amenities (slipper, mask, razor, tooth brush & tooth paste, pajamas, face towel, body towel) in one very convenient tote bag. They prepare hair tonic and hair spray for use. Their bedding was awesome. It was so comfortable to sleep on with remote control to adjust sleeping position if you want to sleep with legs put higher than your body. They prepare audio-technica headphone with long cables so guest can watch tv conveniently. Initially, I was really worried because they told me that they are not responsible for lost articles in some places. They even prepares a luggage lock in my room. But turned out everything was safe.

For improvement, please buy new body towels. All the body towels I received was already so thin and rough from washing & drying. I would also love bathroom scale for share in the powder room.

The staff was excellent, very considerate and helpful, we even used one recommendation for Bakudanya tsukemen. The vanities had both blow dryers and flat irons as well as some basic hair products. The cube is right next to Family Mart, sooooo convenient.🫰 Good location for walking or transportation. Capsules were decently spacious and premium capsule was actually a little private room (though not lockable). It was great that all the keys were on the same bracelet. Pajamas were pretty comfy. Bathrooms, showers, and vanity space were clean.

Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see instructions in English for the info in the shower space or the laundry. There was only one laundry machine. The English on the hampers was helpful. The elevator doors are overly aggressive. It was a little too hot and hard to get good air circulation when sleeping, so I woke up a few times sweating.
