Friendly staff, great location and comfortable rooms. The free breakfast is also a nice touch. The hotel is just next to tram lines that run between the ferries to Miyajima, and Hiroshima station, with lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops nearby.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, so if you have suitcases, you might struggle for space. The free breakfast was good overall with some bread and pastries, but the coffee could be better. Hard to argue with free however, and there are other great cafes and bakeries nearby if you want another breakfast afterwards.

The location was great, central to the Hiroshima station and to Mazda Stadium. There was a night life district across the street with lots of food and bars and clubs to explore. The actual hotel was nice, offering a small complementary coffee and bread breakfast (breadfast). They also had two coin laundry machines. You can use the TV to monitor if the machines are available. They do both washing and drying and your room TV will tell you how much time is left. The concierge were very sweet and helpful. Room is a little tight but that’s expected for Japan.

Perfect location, directly on several trams and buses, 2 stops from the train station and few stops to all attractions. Many food and entertainment activities in walking distance. Room was comfortable, good mattrace, modern touch, window was possible to open.

Reception has very limited english knowledge, there is no regular breakfast option available and we had view to the wall of other building. The room rate was quite high. It was clean but I would not rate cleanliness at 10 which is typical for Japanese hotels

Staff were lovely. Small room but comfortable, bed was comfi too. Small bathroom but with everything you need. PJ’s was a great extra as I din’t bring mine. I din’t have breakfast, so can’t comment. Location was great, plenty of public transport options or you can walk to the main district. Hiroshima train station is close by, I took the bus from outside the hotel. It was a great hotel for my one night stay.

The chair was dirty , maybe chocolate, so I had to use a towel to cover it up so that I could sit on it. Other that this it was good for the price I paid. For a longer stay , I would choose to stay somewhere with a bigger room with storage for my clothes and views from the window.

This place saved our trip in Hiroshima. After a disastrous stay the previous night at another place, we have basically escaped to this hotel. Absolute value for money and has everything you expect. Comfy beds, privacy, cleanliness. Calm atmosphere. Basic, but decent and tasty breakfast. Nice surprise to have it for the money. Pleasant staff. Great location, close to the center and close to the station.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but you should expect this from Japanese hotel in the center of the city.

Rooms and bathrooms are quite small, may feel cramped for longer stays No partnership with “Hiroden Mobility Service” for luggage delivery, so hands-free sightseeing was not possible

Great location, central to everything in Hiroshima. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decently spacious, especially for the price. The facilities were modern, and free breakfast was provided each morning.

Some of the facilities weren't maintained as well as they could have been (e.g. paint scratches in the hallway, no cart for housecleaning to put their towels in the hallway, loose plug that dims the lights). The dining area was also very small for the number of people who were eating breakfast.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the city only a short walk away from the A bomb dome and right across from a tram station that takes you directly to Hiroshima station (even then it’s an easy quick walk to get there, too). The bread provided for breakfast is delicious and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in!

My one complaint is that the rooms are quite small, my friend and I struggled to open our suitcases inside our room.

The location is awesome. I can't fault it. The rooms are snug, yet there is plenty of room for two people with 2x luggage and day bags, etc. At one stage, we had all four us in there, and it wasn't that bad. The windows ope, which is great, the breakfast go packs are delicious.

The washing machines there are only 2, and the dryer option is not good even with multiple sessions (lightweight sunmer clothing). If you use the washing machines - be a decent citizen - set a timer to return. One machine was locked for and excessive amount of time past it's cycle and any customers were unhappy and left us washing at 1am.

The Nest Hotel was a convenient hotel located close to the train station, restaurants, shopping and important attractions. We were travelling with others and it was an easy place to meet up. The Nest Hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating. They let our friends leave their luggage with us until they could check in at their hotel and they watched our luggage while we shopped on our last day in Hiroshima. The laundry was convenient and breakfast was nicely packaged in take away bags. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing of note is it was compact but most hotels like this in Japan are smaller than North Americans are used to. Aside from that it was a modern, chic hotel with a welcoming lobby and friendly and helpful staff.
