We had the best visit to Hilton Hiroshima. I will definitely stay here again if given the chance. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were the most comfortable we slept in during our trip to Japan. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower/ tub was perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The food and service was impeccable!

The only downside was that this hotel was a little bit outside of the main downtown area, so it was a bit of a walk to get there. However, it was quiet and had amazing views.

Great location and amazing staff! The location is walking distance to Hiroshima peace park and to the Miyajima ferry. We also walked from the train station (took bullet train from Tokyo), though it's about a 20 minute walk. We took a taxi back for about $10 USD. The hotel staff were kind enough to find a massage studio for me and called to make a reservation (second floor of the shopping mall across the street from the hotel on the corner). There's a FANTASTIC Okonomiyaki restaurant directly behind the hotel if you go out the parking garage, turn left and make your first right, it's on the corner. SOOOO good. Also, the Indian restaurant Namaste just a couple doors down from the hotel was AMAZING as well. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and location.

Staff were excellent and very helpful - everyone that we dealt with. This is exactly what you expect to get - high quality room, service and facilities. We ate at the teppanyaki restaurant and it was a highlight. Having access to a pool and some leisure facilities after travelling for 3 weeks was lovely, really enjoyed it. Room well laid out and bathroom well equiped - though the toilet a little intrusive with lots of chiming whenever you walked anywhere near it. We ended up with a competition who could sneak past the toilet without it noticing - only in Japan! Also great view across the city and on a clear day all the way to the snow-covered mountains.

Awful lighting in the main room - just too dim. There was a specialist reading light at the bed, and a bathroom make up light, but you just couldn't spread out maps and information to read together, or try to find an earring that had dropped, as the general room lighting was not strong.

Hilton was very classy and elegant. I found all the staff to be polite and everyone spoke English. The rooms were massive and the beds were so comfortable all I could think was how do I ship this bed back to Australia. I thought location was good! Everything I wanted to do was a 15-25 min walk away. If you enjoy walking then it’s not that far. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and the pool and sauna and gym were also great! The spa treatments looked amazing and I’m sad I didn’t do one. I will be coming back again :) Rooms also looked exactly like the photos!

This is a lovely place to stay. We only had a short visit to Hiroshima in the middle of our three weeks Japan trip but I would have loved to stay here longer. Travelling can be exhausting but at the Hilton we felt like we were on a relaxing holiday. The staff were super welcoming, and especially Tomoka who made a point of checking in with us several times. She was so helpful when we made a restaurant booking and made us feel like we were old friends. The pool was great, the breakfast was great for a buffet and changed a few things up each day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with the best pillows we have had in Japan. It was a cheap taxi ride from the main station or a short bus ride. The busses nearby were easy to use and save walking a ton- but there is a shopping mall across the street and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

The Staff was phenomenal, the facilities great, from Pool to Jacuzzi and Gym, to multiple Restaurants, Bars and an Executive Lounge, this Place has everything you want to see in a Hotel. The Room was as big as 1 room apartment, the bathroom spacious and the big window with a bench in front on which you can just sit and look at the seaview - simply amazing. It was a great experience and definitely many steps above your run of the mill hotel.

Dust behind the TV. Sounds nitpicky, but dust behind a TV can still affect airquality in the room. It wasnt horrible, but still could be something to clean more often (even if its obviously hard to reach - But having literally white dust caking the cables and back of the TV cant be good) We changed room, our Premium King Room had some odd black stains on the pillow cover, which LOOKED like mold. Cant confirm if it was mold, but it was definitely a pillow cover that should be thrown away. Thats why I removed a small point for Cleanliness - Everything else was great.

The property was simply excellent along with all facilities - loved it. Without belabouring, upon arrival I seriously pulled out my back - like on knees in pain in lobby. The staff could not have cared or endeavoured to assist any more kindly or empathetically from the bell desk, concierage, health club, front desk - across the board really. They not only helped me get to the room, but helped translate for me in booking an acupuncturist which greatly assisted. I cannot thank the team enough from Mark in management to all else. Due to my injury, my wife and I didn’t venture far in the evening and ended up having dinners at the bar - food and service was excellent and while we wanted to explore cuisines beyond the hotel in Hiroshima, the fact we were able to get great meals and service at the hotel didn’t leave us feeling we missed out. Oh - Fantastic pool and what a jacuzzi- the latter maybe best I’ve ever seen which was appreciated!

Zero - in our three weeks in Japan across 7 cities we stayed at some nice hotels but this was our favourite.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Hiroshima. Staff was exceptional throughout. We stayed on 19th floor with the most beautiful view. The bed very comfortable, good quality linen, fixtures and fittings. We enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great location and would recommend.

Couple of disappointing points, the shower in the room was not luxurious enough. It did not match the rest of the room facilities. Poor water pressure and not a rainfall shower head. Quality of breakfast and pre-dinner drinks was fairly standard, some pieces lower standard than expected. Nothing deal breakers just took me by surprise as it did not all match.

Great value for money. Ayami-san helped us at check-in and was so friendly and kind, even though she wasn’t feeling well (hope she’s better now!). She also arranged a higher-floor room for us, which was really nice. The room was huge, clean, and felt brand new. Everything was perfect, and I’ll definitely stay at Hilton Hiroshima again when I bring my parents next time.

The only downside was that our room didn’t have a bathtub, and we didn’t bring swimwear since it’s winter. Unfortunately, nowhere sells swimwear this season either. It would be great if the hotel offered swimwear for customers.

Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful room and view. Lovely café in the lobby. We stayed for New Year's Eve and the staff threw a party in the bar, they did their best to make it special. They forgot to set up the third bed in our room, but noticed and rectified the mistake immediately. Faultless service. Good location for walking to the peace park/dome and convenient bus ride from the main station.

We had dinner at Mozaik - again, the staff were wonderful, but the food was just okay. It wasn't bad, but in comparison to other hotel buffet's such as at the Intercontinental, it wasn't amazing. I'd probably give it a miss next time.
