We had the best visit to Hilton Hiroshima. I will definitely stay here again if given the chance. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were the most comfortable we slept in during our trip to Japan. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower/ tub was perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The food and service was impeccable!

The only downside was that this hotel was a little bit outside of the main downtown area, so it was a bit of a walk to get there. However, it was quiet and had amazing views.

From the second we stepped out of our taxi from the train station to the second we departed back to the station after 2 days, we were treated like a king and queen. Every single member of staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel smelt amazing - even the parking garage!! We were offered an upgrade to Executive- well worth the extra expense just to access the dining room on the 22nd floor for a spectacular sunset with complimentary food and drink! Breakfast is also included in the Executive package - so upgrade if you can. Our room was lovely with excellent amenities albeit it had a slightly ‘sweaty’ smell - not sure why as it was kept meticulously clean by the staff. The night views from the 20th floor were incredible. Cannot fault this hotel for anything really - great location, fabulous staff and amenities, wonderful views. Would definitely book again.

Our room had a slightly ‘sweaty’ smell - from the second we walked in - so it wasn’t us despite the relentless heat. That said I still wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this exact room again as it was streets ahead of some of the rooms we stayed in on our trip.

The food services I tried were great (room service and breakfast buffet). Lobby was spacious, as was the room. Great views of the city from the room, and black-out curtain made for a great night's sleep.

Eating solo at the breakfast buffet, I found the staff somewhat over-eager with clearing off my table for another guest while I was getting a drink/pastry. They had a card system that was supposed to act to signal when you had finished breakfast, but it seemed useless. I also would have preferred a self-service laundry, but I understand this isn't ubiquitous in Japanese hotels.

The room and facilities were very nice, modern, and clean. The room was big, and the location was good.

Although this hotel is part of the Hilton chain, I don't believe it lives up to the brand’s usual standards. One major issue was the swimming pool policy: wearing a swim cap is mandatory, yet Hilton requires guests to purchase one in order to access the pool. The cap provided appeared to be used or second-hand, which is quite disappointing—especially considering the premium rates charged at Hilton properties. At the very least, such a basic item should be included free of charge. Additionally, while the pool itself was pleasant, it was overcrowded, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the space. To make matters worse, not all guests were following the swim cap rule, and it seemed there was little to no enforcement by the staff.

What an exceptional place to stay and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is not far too far from Hiroshima Train Station so after getting off the bullet train, an easy bus ride or taxi. It is also not too far from the Hiroshima Pease Memorial, so very accessible. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and extremely welcoming. We were located on the 16th floor and had fantastic views across Hiroshima. The room was larger than expected, had everything we could have wanted and was absolutely beautiful. The bar area is amazing with a great selection of cocktails. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, could not have been better nor provided more options (you just want to keep eating). No expense has been spared to make this an amazing world class hotel. We really felt pampered. I do however have a negative.....I wish we had stayed here longer (we only had one night). They do really look after you and I cannot recommend this Hotel enough.

Nothing, everything was exceptional. I wish we had stayed longer. The Hotel really looks after you and everything is just amazing.

Generous sized room, comfortable bed, smart tv, beautiful bathroom, the pool area was great as well, facilities top class. Great location with a supermarket/ shopping complex across the road, and close to Peace Parade. 7 Eleven close by too. Wish we could have stayed longer.

All minor points that didn’t change our overall stay at all - Needed lights over the bag area, had lovely glasses but no wine glasses provided, power points in Hiroshima only have the 2 point plugs with no earth - needed to get a plug adapter from the front desk for laptop and phone chargers.

We loved Hiroshima and this beautiful hotel. The hotel is located approximately 10- 15 minutes walking distance from the Peace museum. From there you can see the very important monuments. The whole area is a must see. The room was large, bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly. The pool area was lovely. You need to wear a swimming cap. You can purchase them there. We loved the dinner and drinks by the kind staff at the Zatta bar. Taxis are easily accessible at the hotel. Thank you to the kind team who helped with organising them.

Great location and amazing staff! The location is walking distance to Hiroshima peace park and to the Miyajima ferry. We also walked from the train station (took bullet train from Tokyo), though it's about a 20 minute walk. We took a taxi back for about $10 USD. The hotel staff were kind enough to find a massage studio for me and called to make a reservation (second floor of the shopping mall across the street from the hotel on the corner). There's a FANTASTIC Okonomiyaki restaurant directly behind the hotel if you go out the parking garage, turn left and make your first right, it's on the corner. SOOOO good. Also, the Indian restaurant Namaste just a couple doors down from the hotel was AMAZING as well. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and location.

Hilton was very classy and elegant. I found all the staff to be polite and everyone spoke English. The rooms were massive and the beds were so comfortable all I could think was how do I ship this bed back to Australia. I thought location was good! Everything I wanted to do was a 15-25 min walk away. If you enjoy walking then it’s not that far. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and the pool and sauna and gym were also great! The spa treatments looked amazing and I’m sad I didn’t do one. I will be coming back again :) Rooms also looked exactly like the photos!

Staff were excellent and very helpful - everyone that we dealt with. This is exactly what you expect to get - high quality room, service and facilities. We ate at the teppanyaki restaurant and it was a highlight. Having access to a pool and some leisure facilities after travelling for 3 weeks was lovely, really enjoyed it. Room well laid out and bathroom well equiped - though the toilet a little intrusive with lots of chiming whenever you walked anywhere near it. We ended up with a competition who could sneak past the toilet without it noticing - only in Japan! Also great view across the city and on a clear day all the way to the snow-covered mountains.

Awful lighting in the main room - just too dim. There was a specialist reading light at the bed, and a bathroom make up light, but you just couldn't spread out maps and information to read together, or try to find an earring that had dropped, as the general room lighting was not strong.
