This hotel was extremely convenient for its location/proximity to Hiroshima's central train station. A very short walk away to the train, busses, and plenty of food. The room was very clean, conformable, and private.

This was a little difficult to find at first, and there are narrow hallways to reach the check-in desk and room. We had a few people with a number of bags but we managed fine. The one piece that could be improved was the shower/bathtub room. The shower was surrounded by opaque glass walls in the middle of the room. However, if somebody is taking a shower, you could clearly see into the shower room. Perhaps they can add an additional privacy curtain inside the shower.

The rooms were a generous size by Japanese standards and the drying room in the bathroom came in very handy. The property was close to the station but not too noisy. The room we had did not look like most of the photos we saw of the apartments but it was better in its provision of light. The location was a bit tricky and find but the instructions provided were great so we found it without any trouble.

You can only fit a couple of people with bags in the lift at a time. It was strange to have to go up extra floors to check in at a tablet but when I phoned the contact number the staff were very accommodating with my request for an early check in.

Very close to Hiroshima Station, but there were road works so we got lost and ended up walking to far when all we had to do was go thru the bus area. Our family suite was very big and roomy. Loved the fact it had a washing machine and bathroom turned into a drying room. The bathroom was ultra modern with lovely bath and shower products. Reception is basically unmanned but we were lucky enough to catch the cleaner and was able to leave luggage at checkin, which left us luggage free to explore until 4pm checkin time. It is self checkin and check out....very easy and everything was explained in writing when we booked.

Felt a bit strange that reception was unmanned, in case of a problem. But it did have a phone you could use to talk to someone off site. It was a bit noisy for sleeping and my biggest suggestion would be to add some heavier blinds or curtains for sleeping as the room only had thin blinds and it was very light very early.

Great location, very spacious, great amenities, easy check in. AC was cold and the unit was well appointed in terms of the necessities. Area was safe and convenient to lots of food, stores, and right next to train station. Easy 30 min walk to the major sights in Hiroshima.

Overall fit and finish was inconsistent. In some areas, it was excellent but in others, lacking. Shower was not great. Bathroom had a musty odor. Furnishings were a bit worn. Some part of the unit were shabby and in need of replacement or renovation. The biggest issue is poor soundproofing so noise from trains, street, people can be easily heard all night.

It was very spacious and felt like I was staying in an apartment. There was separate space for sleeping and relaxing as well as a meditation room.

It was difficult to find and the check in process did not work well. However once we called the staff on the phone it got worked out. Suggest updating the photo of the entrance to the hotel because it is very easy to walk past.

Great location and easy to check in. The size of the rooms is by far the biggest we have stayed in Japan. Super nice bathroom and furniture.

Very noisy, if you struggle to sleep you will find difficult to stay here. The train passes nearby and you can hear it, bars outside and you can hear the karaoke. Also is cold would be nice to have better windows and isoleted walls.

Probably a stand-out as part of our trip, room was exceptional, super comfortable and the amenities were next level. The location was the best by far, about 100-200 metres from the main station, but good ambient noise.

Mattresses were a bit thin for a couple of the extra people sleeping on the floor. Still quite comfortable though.

I loved the interior design of the place. It was compact but it felt roomy and comfortable.

When you book in you are given a code for the door. Unfortunately ours didn’t work, but we thought it was because we arrived before our book in time. We went out shopping until 3 pm but the code still wouldn’t work. With nobody on the front desk we had to use the phone to call someone. We don’t speak very good Japanese and they didn’t speak good English, but we got a new code and finally got in.

It was large enough to spread out a bit. It has everything we needed and the location was pretty solid. We enjoyed walks along the river nearby every evening

It's just a little dated, but overall I think it was a good value

We landed up early but the staff was more than willing to let us check in. Room was ready and welcoming. Also, there was an issue with rates and a difference i was required to pay but I could not transfer the money on account of my card not working on their site and them not having an international payment gateway. This issue was handled with a lot of grace and and understanding by the property

Google map was not able to locate the property clearly, took us a while of walking around till we realized we were behind in the property in the little lanes while the property itself is on the main road
