Perfectly located right in front of the Hiroshima train station, this 4 stars hotel provides a more than enough comfortable accommodation for a nice Hiroshima stay. The only reason I’m giving 8/10 is because I’ve found just a little bit more dust than I would have expected, but other than that it was very clean. 8.5 rate for me overall. I’ve liked the ‘no disturb by default’ policy, where if you don’t put any cleaning request sticker outside the door you won’t be disturbed. The room is a little bit more spacious than Japanese standards but it still felt a little bit tight with a large luggage, it would have been perfect with just a medium luggage instead. Beautiful views over the city and mountains from the big window of my room. Washing machine room and convenience store located in the same building, so very convenient. Staff is friendly and available 24/7, they provide change coins for the laundry room too. Lots of eating options inside the food hall of the station, which is less than 5 minutes away, and just a few tram or bus stops away from the city centre too.

Love the size of the room and toilet. The bath tub was fabulous as it is deep and well designed for soaking. The breakfast was also good with good spread and restaurant had fantastic view of the city. Helpful staff and clean rooms as well. There is a car rental shop on the ground floor making it very convenient to rent and return the car. Komeda cafe is a short walk across as well as 7-eleven is in the same building. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Though it was a short distance from the train station there was an unsheltered portion and unfortunately it was raining when we arrived. However we will still recommend this hotel as it has outstanding facilities and is still near enough to the train station.

The bathroom facilities were excellent. The bed was large and comfortable. The location of the breakfast service on the 20th floor was very good, great view. Very convenient to the train station, just across the air bridge. 7Eleven and American Style Burger Bar on the ground floor and large supermarket adjacent to the property were fantastic.

The breakfast was very average. Outside the breakfast hours, the beautiful 20th floor area was locked and unavailable for guests to relax, use laptops etc.

The hotel is in a great position to use the shinkansen and local trains, buses, and trams. The room was good. It was clean and comfortable. There is a little restaurant downstairs and a 7/11. There is an overpass to get across the road. If you have bags, use the lifts. We found a gorgeous little bakery about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a huge range of restaurants at the station which is 5 minutes walk. The sushi restaurant was great. But be prepared to queue up. So, really, a great spot.

No breakfast like you would see in larger hotels.

Very convenient location. Room was good, bathroom good side and excellent shower. Liked the gym.

Three washing machines is not sufficient for such a large hotel in such a popular area. Plus seeing the status of the machines on the TV is misleading. By te time you get down to the room someone else will have got there first. Definitely needs improving. Three failed trip out a blemish on our experience. Perhaps being able to block the machine for 5 mins from your TV would help giving you a chance to get there?

Conveniently located from Hiroshima Station. You don’t even have to cross at a crosswalk since there is a bridge that connects from the station exit over the street. Then you can go down stairs or down on elevator. The property is maybe like a seven minute walk, so still easy even with bags. The hotel is on the north side of Hiroshima station, even so it’s still an easy walk to get to the busses and other sights that might be closer to the south side of Hiroshima station. The hotel lives up to Daiwa Roynet standards to me. Nice bath and shower, comfy bed and good AC.

Only 5 mins walk from Hiroshima station. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very spacious. My room had toilet and bath separate (Japanese style) so I enjoyed soaking in the tub every night. Hotel has good amenities (free coffee, tea, hot water heater, toothbrush, etc.) Hotel has 7-Eleven on the first floor, Lawson across the street, with few restaurants in the same building. Hiroshima station has also many restaurants and cafes. The hotel is in the North side of the Hiroshima station which is the quiet side.

I loved everything about the hotel.

Very close to station. Brand new and very chic and clean. Lovely breakfast venue with adorable ladies and healthy selection. Loved all the little signs! Very new and well equipped gym! Affordable.

Our room was best suited to a single businessperson. Double bed against the wall a bit tough for a couple. Very little place to even open our carry-ons. We should have splurged on a bigger room. ;)

Breakfast was excellent and the view from the breakfast area is stunning! Very close to Hiroshima station (the reason we booked it) a 3 minute walk. Friendly staff, extra big bathroom was a massive bonus in a country where hotel bathrooms are generally always small

The bathroom is big but the bedroom space was too small. The bed itself was OK but I found the single pillow quite hard which gave me a headache

We stayed here for a night while visiting Hiroshima. The location is excellent - you can see the hotel from the train station and is about a 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious in comparison to some of the Marriotts we stayed in Tokyo and Osaka. There is a Seven Eleven and a Lawson right by the entrance.

Wish they kept some of the basic amenities like soap, toothpaste in the room instead of the reception like most other hotels in Japan. Had to run to the reception on the 13th floor in the morning to get it.
