The localization is top notch, just about 7 minutes from the main train station (Shinkansen and local). The room was nice and clean, there was room for large suitcases. The onsen (hot springs) is fantastic, just keep in mind that it has a break during the day. I visited it about 6 AM to find just two people inside, a nice spot for cleaning with cosmetics, small chair, bowl and shower.

The way bathroom is solved (single device for shower and bathroom sink) is not a very good one. Bathroom is really small for big guys.

Short walking distance from Hiroshima station, as well as (paid) parking spaces nearby. Nice little onsen on the tenth floor with an outdoor air area -- enjoy the night air especially when it's cool. Nice view of the station and sunrise on one side of the hotel. Mostly quiet. Bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. Staff was courteous as usual. Coin laundry.

No free parking and nearby paid parking is EXPENSIVE -- first overnight cost me 2400 yen, which is astronomical for Hiroshima. I'd recommend parking further away at a cheaper lot if you can. Rooms and bathrooms are quite tiny, so unless you get one of their price cut deals, it becomes too expensive for what you get. No food or breakfast options. No cold bath in the onsen. Tiny sauna, no more than one or two people max at a time. Some spots are starting to need repair before it looks really bad, such as wallpaper coming off.

Our twin room on the 3rd floor was very spacious and included a microwave. The hotel is very well positioned for the main rail and bus links as well as a large supermarket just across the road. The bath on the 10th floor was an added bonus!

The room would have benefited from at least one chair as there was only a backless seat/stool.

Nice hot spring bath including one outside one. The men's area was much bigger than the women's... But maybe they swap over. Very close to the station and easy to leave luggage before check-in and after check out. Helpful staff.

We loved the baths, the room and generally the vibe. Being able to use this as a base while exploring Hida was great.

Several extremely rude guests. A chinese tourist entered the baths WITH A MOBILE FROM RECORDING while it was packed. This seems to be the norm, based on other's opinions some people ignore the rules without consequences.

Nice hot spring and close to train station.

If you have tattoos you can’t go in the bath. Also with it being close to train station it can be loud. Also small rooms and if you don’t like smoke, get a smoke-free room it’s worth the cost!

I liked the hot spring bath being available in the hotel! Also the location was great. It is near by Hiroshima station and there are many places to eat and shop. The coin parking in the hotel premises were huge plus for the person who is traveling by vehicle. The mattresses quality was awesome!

Everything was great!

It was a perfectly nice accommodation for our one night stay. We were a family of 5 so booked 2 rooms which was very reasonably priced. The front desk attendant also helped us get the two rooms next to each other. It was very clean, the beds were firm and comfortable, and they provided lots of amenities in the room. The walk was about 7-8 minutes from the station, so not too far.

The staff helped us with the heating when we didn't understand the instructions because they were in Japanese.

Front staff couldn't communicate in English so my son in law needed to handle check in.
