The room was for a great price & the location was good. We didn't stay long but the room was quiet & we really liked the window shade blocking out the sunlight so we could sleep in after a long travel day.

The room we had was dusty & had scuff marks on the walls giving the room a shabby look. All of the appliances were nice & there was even a microwave in the room. A little bit more cleaning & this review would have gotten an excellent rating.

Perfect location just outside Nagaoka Station, easy to get to and provides all the basics you need- nothing fancy, but a good tidy business hotel.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Bad moldy smell in hallways and also in the rooms. Staff was unfriendly, did not tell us almost anything when checking in. Breakfast is not in the hotel, you get coupons to use in a cafe nearby. Towels and the room were dirty. Very small room with high price.

I want to receive hotel receipt from hotel. but they did not give a me receipt.

Close to the station

Not clean. Mold in the humidifier and the vent duct was dusty. Very poor amenities (no tea or coffee).
