The hotel totally exceeded our expectations! Free parking, access to the onsen across the street and the best of all a free matcha 🍵 tea ceremony during each day of our stay! Around the hotel there are some nice restaurants! Perfect location to explore surroundings such as Hirado, Sasebo, etc!

The room was clean and the reception was very good. I got to taste tea from the expert who praised matcha green tea. She was very friendly and made me relax after being tired from traveling and checking in.

The room is a bit small. The floor is noisy and I booked a room with an upper floor so when people on the second floor walk, they can hear quite a bit of noise.

We like the space and setup of the room. Use of the nearby onsen is nice. The lady who does the tea ceremony is professional and quick thinking. It has been a pleasure to have met her, including the gentleman from Bangladesh at the reception. He understands and speaks English clearly and carries himself well.

TV program should have English besides only Japanese. To welcome tourists from overseas, this is basic need.

really nice hotel in the countryside. love the idea of free onsen voucher for the onsen next door, this is unexpected and goodness, that onsen next door is fantastic, good onsen water with fabulous view. They even have a award winning pizza place and crepe kiosk in the onsen. Nothing to ask for more.

711 is far away, and the convince storein countryside closes very early, will be nice if hotel can have a corner to sell sake and snacks.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I had another wonderful experience. It's conveniently located near Huis Ten Bosch, and there's a free onsen nearby. The room is cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. Overall, great value for the price!

The hotel is located at a quiet country side surrounding with a villa setting where the air is fresh and clean. The room is clean and comfortable although slightly small for those who opt to stay for more than just one night.

The hotel offers a ticket to the connected bath but was closed (after 10:00pm) when we checked in late.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. It was a reasonably-sized room and we could open the luggage fully. The staff was really polite and welcoming when we arrived, and there was ample space to park the car. We stayed one night only and didn't get to make full use of the free passes to the nearby onsen :(
