Quiet hotel with decent facilities. I chose a basic room with double beds, and it served my purposes. Vending machines are on each floor, along with ice machines, which i liked. Very clean, very tidy hotel and immediate surroundings. The hotel consists of two main towers, and both have decent views. Nearby is a small shopping mall with decent restaurants/eateries and shopping opportunities. 5-10 minutes from the hotel is the Koshien train station to take you wherever you need to be in Osaka. A convenience store is right outside the train station for those inclined. It's also adjacent to the Koshien Stadium where the Hanshin Tigers play a lot of their home game. Lobby has many different eating places for dinner and offer a Japanese breakfast buffet for those inclined. Definitely would stay here again.

Parking a car can be a pain. Prices have a tendency to vary wildly (due to Koshien Stadium games) not just in the general area, but at the hotel as well. While there is parking for hotel guests, make sure you find out their rates. The hotel consists of two main towers, but there is only one laundry room with 3 machines that services everyone. So if you need to wash your clothes and you are in the farther tower, you have to bring your laundry down the elevator, past the lobby into the second tower's elevators to the 6th floor to do your laundry. And if it's full, you probably have to lug it back the same way and wait until the people finish.

Large room by Japanese standard. Clean and very comfortable good size double bed, short walk to the train station and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. Although it is outside main Osaka, it is just a short train ride to the Kuromon Ichiba. It was ok with us because we really prefer to enjoy our dinner outside of the tourist zone. The staff was very helpful, helped us to book dinner at a local Izakaya. If I were to visit Osaka again, I will certainly stay in this hotel again.

Super good location and very comfortable place. It's incredibly clean as well and most of the staff spoke English well so there weren't any issues with communication. We didn't spend too much time in there but it's definitely a fantastic place to stay for a short period of time at a great price. Super classy too, maybe too much.

Depending on who you get in the front desk, the attention will be great or not so great. We wanted to send our luggage to Tokyo at night but the person in charge was clear enough that we were being annoying instead of guiding us or giving us suggestions of what to do. He ended up saying we should have sent them in the morning instead, which was the complete opposite service we got from apa hotel in Tokyo. This was a one time thing because most of the staff was great with us. Other thing to mention is that the hair dryer was not in the best condition and it was a bit dangerous to use . Be careful with those! Also the cleaning staff can be a bit invasive if you happen to be in the room by the time they knock the door.

The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are clean. The staff are super helpful and polite. The internet is great.

We have happily stayed in this hotel several times before. The only fault for this hotel and only on this occasion was that the room had a lingering tobacco smell. The staff assured us it was a smoke free room but we could both smell the old cigarette smell as soon as we walked in the door. My best guess is they are gradually changing the rooms to non-smoking rooms. Otherwise the stay was perfect. I only mention it for those that are particularly sensitive.

The 4-star hotel is located 5 min walking distance to Koshien station （甲子园 ， which is about 20-min train (HS line) from central Osaka. Koshien station has a good size shopping mall nearby, which has a few restaurants, a Mu Ji store and workday optics glasses chain. The trains run frequently (10-15 minutes per train) during regular hours. The hotel rate is very reasonable ($70-100) per night in comparison to other 4-star hotels. Staff is nice and respectful. They speak good English and Chinese.

Very clean and well managed.

Some of the staff were less than welcoming. I don’t know if this is just the attitude reserved for Western foreigners or not, but there were several times when we felt the management was being intentionally UNhelpful. To be fair, when I persisted in seeking their help with an issue (though I do speak Japanese which was immensely helpful), the manager did finally relent and assisted us, but it took a lot of work and my best language abilities. It just should have been much easier and their attitude should been more accommodating.

This is an a very convenient location with a large mall next-door, shopping, and buying anything could possibly ever need or want. I found the trains very easy to access and understand from this location and the price, including the huge breakfast buffet was amazing. We were very comfortable and happy here. I was with nine-year-old and we had several friends come down and meet us at the lobby, etc. It was a good meeting point.

Spacious bright comfy room 6 minute walk to Koshien station. 4 minutes walk to Aeon mall and Tigers baseball stadium. Tons of restaurants shopping etc. Shower temp and pressure even. Can leave luggage any time. Generous varied breakfast. Quiet dining room next to busy one. Take train directly to Kansai Airport....2 minute walk to airport. Quick train ride to Osaka or Kobe.

Cups and kettle good but Missing spoons for tea. They need a second breakfast toaster. .

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and I was very happy with the accommodations. The hotel itself is quite high-end and classy. The breakfast was in a nice, bright dining area and staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is really not great for sightseeing unless you're primarily going to Universal Studios, which is pretty close by train.

Staff didn't speak much English and some of the other hotel guests were ill mannered.

Hotel staff are friendly and able to converse in English.

Below are not a concern for us, just some minor feedback. 1. Parking is not free. 2. Breakfast variety is the same for all of our 4 day 3 night stay. 3. Only 1 working lift as the other one is under upgrading. 4. No international channel for TV. 5. No restriction to access room level by lift.
