Clean rooms with mini fridge. The hotel had an amenity bar as well as a pillow bar, where you could choose the best pillow for your liking! The staff was super helpful and friendly and spoke good english. The location of the hotel was nice because it was a 5 minute walk from the train station and close to nice restaurants and convenience stores.

Everybody else gave amazing feedback for the breakfast so we booked it. But it didn’t have much variety and for me as a vegetarian there were only very little options. Nonetheless those options were good.

Located a short walk from Numazu station, and off of the main shopping street - excellent location. Breakfast had a good selection (and their mini hambagu were fantastic). Laundry facilities and vending machine were available, and amenities like toothbrushes, etc, were available in the lobby. The air con was centrally controlled, but you could choose the strength. I found this system worked well and it was always a comfortable temperature in the room. As an Aqours fan, I enjoyed that there were stands of the characters in the lobby and restaurant, and the staff had a small display for Chika's birthday.

The room was smaller than expected (I had just come from Tokyo where I'd had a bigger room), and you couldn't fit a suitcase under the bed.

The location was perfect. Nice way to discover a little more Japan. The breakfast is Japanese style Buffet. I t's absolutely delicious if you like this style. Omelet, grilled fish, natto and the delicious unagi rice will start your day greatly!

The bed is a little narrow for a couple. I slept well but not my wife that need a little more space. It's sad, because we had great expectation with the super nice choice of pillow offered at this hotel.

We have booked two nights in Numazu, because it was cheap and it was easier to do one day trip from here (Kawaguchiko, Kawazu waterfalls, Hakone). It has a 24/7 reception, which was very important to us as we arrived little bit after midnight. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the anemities are excellent. Coffee for free available at the reception, there was also a shelf with hygiene stuff (hair rubber bands, shavers, hairbrushes, ear picks etc). There is a possibility of brekfast.

The room was little bit small, not very suitable for people with big luggage, the breakfast was a little bit overpriced and more of Japanese styled (which is not a bad thing, but if you are more into bread, ham, jam, ceareals, there is not much to choose from)

The location is right next to Numazu station, where one can take a train or bus ride around Numazu. Quiet location and the residents are friendly around the area. The view from the upper floor is pretty great, and you could definitely see Mount Fuji from the distance if the weather condition is good enough. I highly recommend the hotel if you're planning to visit Aqours sightseeing.

So you know where to use the indoor shoes and keep it clean. (RARELY seen design choice. ULTRA PLUS for cleanliness) 💯 As a solo traveler, all these minor things do adds up a lot when you consider all these are actually for the cheapest non smoking single occupant room! 3 sets of washing machine + dryer + 1 combo washing-dryer machine. Detergent + softener is auto added. Coin operated. Didn't manage to check if bicycles can be rented. But overall, for the price, it was a solid 10 for me. Looking forward to stay here again in the future when I visit Numazu!

Very minor nitpick. Aircond is controlled centrally so you can only control the power it blows into the room, but not the temperature. This actually much more electrically efficient (which may also contribute to the cheaper overall price)

Comfortable bed, selection of different pillow types, including orthopedic ones. 5 min walk to Numazu Station. Close to the restaurant and izakaya alley, as well as 4-5 cafe chains.

AC isn’t very strong. It’s fine but it won’t make the room cold if that’s what you’re after.

Great location, relatively spacious room with a nice view, clean, excellent cost performance, and enjoyed the free coffee throughout the day.

Desk chair did not have a back and was a little hard making working for long hours a little uncomfortable.

The room was bright and clean. The aircon worked well. There was a "pillow bar" at the hotel where guests could choose the type of pillow they wanted to use. Very conveniently located!

The room was a little small, but that's pretty standard for Japanese business hotels, so it didn't really bother me.

The hotel is a three-minute walk from Numazu station (visible from certain rooms). The staff were very informative on check-in and friendly. The hotel also provided lots of amenties, such as different firmness pillows, toothbrushes etc. Additionally, lots of Love Live! Sunshine cutouts and products at the Reception
