Good location, friendly staff, thumbs up for the microwave

The location is very good

They said they had parking but is charged separately. Cheaper options closer the hotel

Bed was excellent

Table in room had a bit of damage and needs replacing

always clean and tidy. I love having a microwave oven in my room

convenience store is nearby but restaurants and supermarkets are a little bit far.

Best (lowest) price for a single room. Located relatively close to higashi-okazaki station. There was a microwave oven inside individual room plus refrigerator.

The walk from higashi-okazaki station was longer than other hotels in the area plus the walkways were made from coarse stones so my spinner luggage had a difficult time. No restaurant or convenient stores nearby plus no food or restaurant in the hotel. Must cross the bridge to the other side to get food.

Good location and the staffs in the front desk were good and friendly.

The toilet wash basin doesn’t have enough space to put your toiletries and we prefer a chair with back rest rather than a stool on the room to relax.

The front desk staff was helpful and called a taxi for us. Unfortunately we were switched to a smoking room because they sold out of non smoking rooms. My daughter has asthma so we always try to stay in non-smoking rooms so this was disappointing. The entire floor and room smelled smoky, at least they have air purifiers. The blanket on the bed was very thin and not warm enough or comfortable. They should at least have nice, fluffy comforters with duvet covers at this price (like they do at other hotel chains such as Prince Smart.)
