I absolutely adored the open grill, the ingredients were delicious and for the price, it was more than enough:) The room size was perfect and the bathroom was delightful hehe The staff was also very friendly and helpful which I truly appreciate.

The absence of lunch is suboptimal since you always need to drive somewhere to get it and Ikei Island is isolated. So that is unfortunate and also I think the hotel should put in some effort for beach cleaning, it's not a nice look when there is plastic garbage lying on the beach.

Hotel is located in the beautiful island of Ikeijima. The scenery is stunning. It was great to go for walks in the morning and evening - the beach is so beautiful. The hotel room was so nice and clean. Ocean view - amazing. Comfy beds, good air conditioning and shower. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Their umukuji was so delicious. We chose to have dinner in the hotel. Plenty of options available. Sashimi was delicious. Nice drinks too. There is a shop available close to reception - handy to get water and some snacks. Washing machines and dryers can be used with a small cost. Staff was friendly and helpful.

All went well. No complaints.

Everything was excellent: the property is very well maintained, a lot of the activities (bring plong pants and tennis) Segway, go cart, pool, beach, onsen; food was great. My only concern was the Japanese style beds and pillows it was a little hard for us but it doesn’t really bother us.

The A/C did not work well and throughout the building it was warm. Pillows were like rocks.

The salt water hot spring was lovely. They have a private rental option, which is great for couples and westerners with Tattoos. The location is beautiful and remote. Sunset and sunrise were fantastic. On-site restaurant was pretty good.

The beds are awful, thin box springs that are worn out and painful to lay on. Had to request floor futons to place on top, which helped but was not a real fix. All the on-site activities cost more money, Segway, roller skating, hot springs, more $$$ The place is outdated and rundown. Seriously needs an update and a decorator. The place could be amazing with the right upgrades. The hot springs overlook the ocean but the views are blocked by non-transparent windows.

The breakfast was good with a wide selection of foods. However most of it was Japanese food. The rooms were clean. The staff is friendly. The surrounding scenery is beautiful.

The location is quite secluded and the access roads are poorly maintained. The hotel is at least a one-hour drive from any place of interest in Okinawa. It is a bit understaffed and there is nothing much to do which you can't do anywhere else in Jaan - it is not worth the trip all the way to this place.

The pool was decent and the meals were ok.

The grass was unkept, lobby was dirty and not vacuumed, and the room with a “sea side” view was mostly of the parking lot. Bad experience, will recommend to friends not to stay at the hotel.
