The buffet breakfast was delicious and included in our room which was great. We had one buffet dinner and the food was nice but it was expensive. The area beside the roped off beach had great snorkelling. The pool was open until 10 Pm which was excellent.

Too many rules - you were supposed to swim only in the pool or the roped off area of the beach . However we came there based on the beach being rated for snorkelling. We bought our own gear and didnt want to pay extra for the snorkelling tour which was mostly about explaining how to do it. If you didnt go on the tour you were not supposed to snorkel.

Everything was great. We were greeted by a super kind and efficient valet service, so we were checking-in in no time. The middle floor room was super comfortable, clean and with an amazing view to the beach and Cape Manzamo. The hotel is a paradise for families, with several activities and places to have fun and relax, with very generous closing times (like 19 for the beach and 22 for the pool). We didn’t have to queue anywhere and, in general, we had an amazing time there and I wish it could have been longer. Finally, the service was outstanding, very efficient, and everyone was so kind - thank you very much!

The location, the view from our room, the interior design of the lobby, nice staff and clean amenities, the BREAKFAST! We tried both Japanese style and Western style breakfasts, they were really great! We’ve also been to the Aquabelle buffet for a dinner and we loved everything. The Italian restaurant was good too! We couldn’t try the other restaurants, they were unfortunately out of our budget.

The rooms miss some soundproofing, we could hear everything in the corridor and people are NOISY. We would have loved to have a choice on the bed size: we got two single beds we couldn’t put together, but as newlyweds we would have preferred a queen size bed at least. We still slept together in one bed but it was a bit small, obviously!

The welcome of the Resort staff, the sea, the beaches and the good and fresh food. Total relaxation and peace. It was our first trip to Japan, we are two Italian girls. We had a great time, I highly recommend the ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort. It was a unique experience. Unfortunately, during the trip, I fractured my knee. All the staff at the Resort were available to help me, offering support for the various transportation and attraction reservations in the area. Furthermore, and not least, I received a wheelchair for the entire period of my vacation, making it much easier for me to move around. The staff was super welcoming, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Near the Resort there are combini, restaurants, bus stops for attractions and the airport, beautiful beaches. The resort has an excellent restaurant, very good and fresh food, sauna, massages and two panoramic pools. Our room was super clean and with a panoramic view of the bay. We returned to Italy with a beautiful memory of Okinawa. We will definitely see each other again soon... thanks to all the staff, you are unique I could even give you 50 stars and it wouldn't be enough to thank you!!!

Great location for swimming, the staff were fabulous and the hotel was lovely. I had some items mistakenly taken during laundry and the management team have ensured to post these items back to my home address once cleaned and for the inconveniences gave me a voucher to put towards room service/activities. The breakfast buffet was great and there was a good array of restaurants to choose from. I went on the Coral Reef Scuba trip with Jymi and it was a highlight of my trip, a memory to truly treasure. I would return to this hotel for a longer visit!

The hotel was very impressive upon arrival. The amenities in the hotel were great, 2 swimming pools, private beach, 2 x restaurants. The staff were amazing. So friendly and professional. My Japanese was very very basic, but thankfully many could speak English well. Breakfast was an array of so many different types of foods. Very delicious. and there Okinawan lime juice was definitely a fave in our household. We would 100% return. Such attention to detail, Very impressed

That we only found out that we needed to pay for a child's bed - on Booking.com we thought this was all included. Read the fine print! I wished the hotel served smoothie bowls!

Great location for a family with kids. The Club Lounge was great. Corner Suite was perfect and tons of space considering what you'd get for a similar price in other parts of Japan.

Our hall had a little smell. Take into account, prices for food and drinks are a inflated on the resort, including water activities on the beach unless you have Club access.

Suite had 3 balconies off the room with great views of sea and beach. Club lounge was great. Good breakfast and no waiting. Also, free drinks and snacks in early evening. Easy access to Manza beach with complimentary passes for towels and sunloungers and some watersports. Some activities for kids. Hotel has shop, ample free parking and use of laundry facilities which was great. Lots of nearby restaurant options and a Lawson a short drive away if needed.

We booked a suite and was surprised that there was only one small toilet in the room. Club lounge doesn't allow children between 6.30 and 8pm which is a bit strange when you travel with family and this is normal dinner time.

The location was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. I also enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, and the water activities at the beach club. Everything was very well maintained and well organised. I also noticed that the design of the hotel and the whole property is quite accessible for wheelchair users, which was great.

The in-room dining service should be available 24 hours and not just till 10:30pm. Also the buffet lunch and dinner at Aqua Belle is a tad expensive.

The waterpark is super fun and is the highlight of our trip in Okinawa ! It could be quite challenging to climb back on the floating park if you fall into the water. But you feel safe as they have a friendly and professional lifeguard patrolling at the park to help you out whenever you are in trouble.

The hotel is dated and they are apparently understaffed. We checked in at around 9:30 at night and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the baggages to arrive at the room for a much needed shower after a long day. And on another day we returned to our room at around 4:00 in the afternoon after a fishing trip. But the room has not been maked up. We only saw the cleaning ladies arrived after we left for dinner at 5:30. There is no chair in the balcony and so the balcony is basically for …. umm … laundry. The breakfast is so so for a Japanese high-end hotel. They have a private beach but it closes at 5:00 in the afternoon. They won’t let you go inside the water without lifeguard. Safety comes first and do start your day early!
