The location is very close to Manzamo and various restaurants. Big rooms and beds, provide ample space for my 8 month old baby to move around.

dont expect too much service as they positioned themselves as a hotel for Gen Z. They have baby bed on request though

I like that it's an apartment style with a kitchen and washing machine inside the room, easier for a small meal and do laundry. there is free parking space just right in front of the lobby and there are bicycle for rental as well to roam around the area and the beach. I also love the firepit area at the alfresco, the fire helps us to stay warm in the winter when we wanted to chill outside open air and there's a food truck just outside serving Okinawan famous small bites.

I don't have anything particular to dislike but I would really hope that the washing machine is from Sharp model ES-HD63L because it comes with internal laundry detergent and softener and the dryer is super powerful, it dries up the clothes completely within short amount of time.

Breakfast was good. But it would be much better if the service time extend to 10 am or later. The environment is very comfortable, quiet and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who seek a getaway from the busy city life. The design of the hotel lobby was superb and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was very obvious that the hotel was renovated from a hotel building, and the corridors to rooms were not air-conditioned. It got quite hot when walking from the lift to rooms, or when waiting lift. As we visited Onna at non-peak seasons, a lot of restaurants around the hotels were not operating. It was quite difficult to find food during my stay.

The hotel is located right next to Manzamo, in a rather secluded area, making it highly suitable for those arriving by car, as it is not very convenient to reach without one. There are also several restaurants around the hotel, and the distances are such that driving is advisable. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, perfectly accommodating a family of three. The hotel offers four types of breakfast options, which require an additional fee.

Firstly, upon accidentally dropping a small item near the refrigerator, I discovered that the area behind it was largely neglected during cleaning, with a significant accumulation of dust. Secondly, being particularly sensitive to noise, I found that the sound of the refrigerator's compressor and the air exchange system beneath the curtains greatly disturbed my sleep. It would be beneficial to implement improvements, such as adding conveniently accessible switches, allowing guests to decide whether to operate these appliances.

My family and friends with a group of 6 truly enjoyed our stay there. the pizza was also superb.

basically you have to self check-in at the kiosk. the young lady that guided us was a little impatient from her tone. it's natural that foreigners will fumble a little with the kiosk as we are not familiar with the system so maybe just a little patience would be nice as not to spoil our first impression experience. otherwise we enjoyed our stay there. thanks for hosting us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The environment was calm and tidy, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like being in a cozy and welcoming home. The staff were also very friendly and easygoing, which made the experience even better. I would definitely love to stay here again!

the size of the room was fantastic for families, the facilities in the room accounted for everything. loved the location, easy access to a few restaurants and Lawson stores. The vibe of the rotating food trucks, unlimited drinks, and chill nature of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for over a big chain hotel.

honestly nothing. was exactly what we were looking for after our Osaka stay. Don’t pay for the “big” hotel beach, not worth it. we left after 15 minutes and went to the public one. much better vibe.

The room is spacious with washing machine and a big bath room and balcony which is amazing. I really love the design of the entrance and lobby and it’s very relaxing to chill there. I did not dine in the hotel restaurant as I would like to try other local cuisines. Although it’s not related to the hotel, I went to a restaurant called manzou table nearby, and it happened to be one of the best restaurants I ever had in my Okinawa trip!

Swimming pool is smaller than expected, but it’s still very comfy, clean and enjoyable. The staff is a bit passive and i find out they are not in the counter all the time which makes me a bit confused when I need to ask questions. Although I’m fluent in Japanese but I have never called a taxi in Japan, so when the staff refused to call the taxi, I was quite shocked since all accommodations I stayed in Okinawa never refused.

Facilities were great, especially the heated pool during the cooler periods. Kids loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful, though not much interaction was required. Room was spacious and comfortable, though the washer was a tad loud.

I think hardly anyone used the balcony, so the balcony doors/screen were really dusty. That's about the only dirty area I could find the entire apartment!
