The room/apartment we booked was very spacious. We had a nice, small beach as well as a konbini (mini-supermarket) within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful but didn't speak English, so get Google Translate ready if you don't speak any Japanese. Available washing machines+dryers, (free) extra cutlery we could borrow, a vending machine outside the building and such also added to the convenience. They also have lots of cute cats in the area. I don't think you're supposed to let them in and feed them, but some of them are always up for pets and cuddles!

Unfortunately the swimming pool (and jacuzzi) were under maintenance for almost all of our stay, so we weren't able to use it. The bathroom was also very small, which was a bit unpractical for us as (relatively big) Westerners. It's not close to many tourist attractions, so make sure you get a car if you want to get around a lot!

Check in was very smooth (around 1900). Must provide pet vaccination records which is a good measure in protecting everyone. Amenities in the cabins were top-notch, zero mechanical issues, appliances and shower appear new (<2yrs old). The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself (thought the refrigerator/freezer is of small size: Cabin 5 has 2 double beds and 3 single loft beds plus a couch. The refrigerator is not large enough for any more than maybe 1 day of provisions for a group that size. However, still very nice to have!

This is not an issue with the hotel, but an occasional facet of online booking: I made a reservation through booking.com for 2 nights with a pet room, but the hotel was not aware that I had a pet and only had a pet room available for the first night, so I had to cancel the second night. If you are traveling with a pet, please note it in the additional comments for your reservation.

It was a perfect place for kids. They could just dive into the pool directly from the balcony. As written in the hotel website the facility is not a new and great but the atmosphere was great.

They have two washing machines and two dryers each but one of dryers was out of order. A few families waited to use one dryer in the evening and it took a long time to be able to use it. I hope the hotel will fix it soon .

I stayed at this place twice during my trip to Okinawa, both in a poolside apparently as in a separate condo. The condo is definitely better as the poolside rooms have very thin walls. The condo also had its own private washer and dryer. The staff was so incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me in every way. We will definitely be back!

You will end up falling in love with one of the stray cats on the property and spend a ridiculous amount of money to fly her home with you ;)

This place is rightfully popular with local families that come over to enjoy 1 or 2 days at the very nice pool. The staff is very friendly.

The apartments are less ideal for longer stays: The cupboards did not contain shelves. One bedroom was a bit stale and humid. Mattress quality is mediocre. It would benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance.

I lived the 4 best days of the year. What a charming place next year I will definitely be staying at the same place again. all wonderful. the resort has a striking 80s character, I loved it.

The smell from the street is not pleasant. but I believe it has nothing to do with the hotel but with the city hall

We liked the ambiance of the place. We enjoyed the artwork of the private cottages. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay, since Okinawa has a cold breeze in November, jacuzzi nights were amazing.

The size of the loft, it didn’t suit the height of the guests but it can’t be helped so it’s not a big deal

I loved that the pool was literally accessible from my balcony. I was also not expecting a whole extra bedroom which we did not use as a couple, but it's nice!

I understand it's off season, but a bit more pool maintenance would be nice as they had a fair few insects in them (not too surprising considering the location). It also seemed like the jacuzzi baths were covered up but I was not sure if I could use them.

We stayed in a cottage. It was well equipped and quite comfortable. The staff were great especially the guy who was working all evening, super helpful and spoke good English too which was unexpected.

Really minor but towels could be bigger and unfortunately someone had played with the settings on the spa so the jets werent working (the staff did try to fix it and were very apologetic, not their fault at all!)

It's our first time having a vacation in a room with access to Netflix and Youtube! It was rainy when we stayed there, so it was nice to just chill in our Private Cottage, watch movies and enjoy with my family. The pool is very accessible too! It's nice and clean. With the pool's irregular shape, we can have a corner of our own without disturbing other guests. We also loved the pool toys and floaties that are free to use! It was a very family and kids' friendly space. I also love how artistic the whole resort looks! Their street art area is very colorful and pleasing to the eyes, perfect for photo ops. The Private Cottage is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. There's a loft-type bed area with 3 futons, 2 twin beds, and one sofa.

One thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the Jacuzzis, there was slight debris there, but it was understandable because it has a storm during our stay. Nevertheless, it was still a relaxing time for us when we got into their Jacuzzis, the water was hot and perfect for the cold weather. In the Private Cottage, we suggest they put an air freshener on the toilet area since there is no window there and was only operated by an exhaust fan.
