All the staff I've met throughout my stay were lovely, cheerful, warm and welcoming. The hotel is near the train station, less than 10 minutes of walking. Complimentary drinks are served in the lobby at designated time. The room is really spacious, with enough space to do yoga, if you want to. There is no need to step up to get to the bathroom which is great. While the building is old, it was maintained well and kept clean. I was allowed to check-in earlier than the stated time which was totally unexpected. However, the room was not ready yet due to the clogging problem with the toilet ( reminder to all guests to please please only throw toilet tissue into the toilet ). When I highlighted this to the receptionist, I was quickly assigned another room. You can pick up sleepwear from the lobby.

Only one pillow for single guests but this is quite common in Japan

Hotel was close to the train station. Comfortable bed and heater does its job well. Paid extra for breakfast but food selection wasn't too good

Difficult to control the temperature of water in the shower. Switches from very cold to very hot with just a small movement of the tap

The location is near to the train station with many amenities nearby. The room is considerably spacious for the money spent.

Facilities are a little old and cleanliness is not at top grade for Japan standard. I was a little surprised that packing for a quick breakfast is not allowed given that I have to rush for an early train and the breakfast is paid.

Spacious room and friendly and good service. Breakfast buffet was good. Coin laundry available. There is an ÆON mall nearby.

The bathroom taps were not easy to use, to get the desired water temperature.

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed and I asked for an extra pillow which was no problem. Quite a good breakfast included.

Backs on to the railway tracks and right by the station. The drapes were neither sound nor lightproof, so it was a little noisy trying to get to sleep.

It's a value for money but dated hotel. I was surprised that they provided free breakfast with bread, toast, mushrooms rice, miso soup, yoghurt etc. Well done!

The bathroom needs a bit of scrubbing but it's generally clean. For a one night stay, it is good enough.

The shower has a dedicated hot and cold water knob Not the worst but a little inconvenient when showering

The hotel has basic of every necessity. Clean and neat. Very convenient there is a aeon nearby and easily access to eatery
