The biggest advantage here is that it's on the 11th floor of the wheelchair barrier-free room. Usually, wheelchair accessible rooms are on a very low floor, so I was happy to see a great view. Thank you for accepting it as a fixed-term delivery service. It was a great accommodation in various ways. There are a variety of breakfast menus, yogurt in the bath, ice cream, and delicious ramen in the evening, all in excellent accommodation. Please make sure to add breakfast and taste it. You can make and eat a variety of things, from simple croissants to kaisen-don.

There was no disadvantage of the hotel. But I thought Yonago is a difficult place for travelers. There's a jr train every hour. I think it'll be a better trip if you rent a car. And there weren't as many places to see around me as I thought.

Really nice hotel, mix between traditional and modern. Did not try the breakfest since I normally get up after 9am and last call is like 830 or 9 I think Right next door to JR station and the beginning of Mizuki road / Gege nokitaro road. Also, he has nonsense and washing machines on the top floor . It was very relaxing open all night overlooking the town, you can choose outside or inside, the late hours are, nice if u want to get away from the crowd

Incredible hotel, perfect location right by train and wildly comfortable. Onsen was picturesque and relaxing. Aromatic sauna. Clean (spotless) and delicious restaurant. You have everything and more here, do not look elsewhere. I would return to Sakaiminato just for this experience again. Perfect staff. Thank you so much!

This property has no flaws.

If you want to get away in Japan, this is the place. One drawback: The local train from Yonago is almost an hour each way before you can connect to trains to visit around the area: Shimane, Tottori, and Hyogo Prefectures.

The only sugar available to make our tea and cocoa was to take it from packaged coffee sets wasting the rest. Seemed foolish. So, I talked to the man at the front desk. He suggested we go buy some at the store. We were guests for seven nights. Lots of wasted coffee pouches and creamer powder.

Good location close to the railway station and ferry terminal; friendly, helpful staff; comfortable room; great rooftop onsen; good laundry facilities; excellent restaurant.

The room was smaller than for my previous stay, with limited luggage storage options.

The room was as advertise, we are a family of four and were in a family room, the two beds were comfortable and nice, the area that the other two beds (futons) were set was used during the day and needed to set the beds at night. The onsen was a welcome feature at the end of a busy day. Satff was very nice and welcoming.

Very well run hotel with top amenities, comfortable bedding, amazing sound proofing for a great night sleep. Offered free kids iceblocks, morning pro-biotic drink, late night ramen. Great service, English speaking, friendly staff. Car parking nearby at reasonable price. Great buffet meal option as most local shops close early. Block out blinds that work.

A lovely sort of Japanese-style hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and there were a lot of little touches to make you feel extra welcome (complimentary local sweets, a free ramen service at night, and post-onsen ice-cream). Dinner and breakfast were fabulous with a great selection of sea food. Maybe most important the hotel is not only right across from the station but also at the start of the Mizuki Shigeru road, walking along it at night and seeing the bronze statues of various yokai (ghosts, imps and demons) lit up with some sound and video effects was an unexpected delight.

Good location, secured car parking. Good Japanese Breakfast.

Havd prepare bed Japanese by ourself, no staff. Staff can not give information how to collect Kitaro rally score on the road.
