Direct access to the train station, so it’s easy to travel all around Sapporo. There’s an eating complex and shopping area in the same building as well which I found very convenient. What I loved most was the simple and beautiful design of the hotel that provided wonderful amenities and was designed in a way that considered the many different needs a guest might have. The small onsen on sight was a lovely experience. The staff was also incredibly helpful, and all of them spoke some English or made an effort whenever I had questions or needed support. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and a clean, modern, well run hotel. We enjoyed the public bath, which is a great advantage to staying here. It's very stylish and well appointed with lots of nice complementary amenities should you need them. The location with an indoor bridge to Shin Sapporro Station and some cafes and restaurants in the building was quite handy.

Nothing we didn't like but a couple of things to consider. The standard room was very small, however, it was also very inexpensive. I'd be inclined to pay a bit more for a bigger room next time to have space to open up our suitcases. While we chose this as a base for travelling around Hokkaido by rail it is a bit of a journey into Sapporro proper. Not a fault of the hotel, of course, but something to consider for your own travel plans.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, with direct access to the station from the hotel itself. This made travelling around the city incredibly easy. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering great value for money. I was impressed by the overall experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, convenient place to stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and polite. I've stayed in a few three star hotels during my stay in Japan, and this one was definitely the best!

I read on a sign at the entrance to the hotel that it was closed between 1AM and 5AM? That might have been a misunderstanding, and I didn't need to enter or exit during those times. But if I'm not misunderstanding, then it would have been better to be able to come and go whenever you wish during your stay.

The hotel is new, clean and convenient to shops and Shin Sapporo station. We like the separate bath and toilet. There is a mall next door and can get to the station side with a covered overpass. There is also a paid parking structure next door. There is also a bath in the hotel which was nice after a long day of sight-seeing. We chose this hotel as we didn't plan to drive into downtown Sapporo and it was a short drive to visit the Historical Village.

There isn't particular thing that we did not like. It is only 10 minutes train ride to Sapporo. For those who plan to visit sights in the town center, it might be easier to stay in the downtown Sapporo. The room for three is a bit compact but I think this is reasonable for Japanese hotels.

Connecting bridge/walkway to train station. Has a family mart on the second floor. Not too far from food and drink areas. It has its own public bath. Breakfast had a good spread and was pretty good. Overall I've been really impressed and happy with the stay here.

The area is a little quiet at night, but could be good for some. No free parking on the property if I'm not wrong(?).

The breakfast was great! The hotel is situated near the train station, convenient for sightseeing and for travel to and from the airport. Room was comfortable. The route to the station is completely indoors, but may not be open early in the morning, so allow extra time to get to the station if taking the first train. Sapporo is a fun city to explore.

The best location for me! The hotel has access to a mall, train station, JR station and more! It has great amenities which made our stay super comfortable. Overflowing coffee, vending machines in our room floor, and awesome checkin experience. Love their breakfast too!

The location is great. I can easily get to the airport and Sapporo center. This hotel is in the shopping mall. It is also easy to get a good restaurant and shops around. My room has everything and is super clean. Also, they have a public bath for guests, which is so relaxing. Last, I would recommend having a tasty breakfast buffet here. And, the staff here is professional and friendly.

Great breakfast. Onsen was clean and nice. rooms were clean. Bed was comfy.

Room was a bit small, but all good. Parking was quite expensive. Had to pay between 1500-2000 yen depending on when we left in the morning.
