The place is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 showers & 2 toilets. We were looking for a place with at least 2 toilets. There was a living room and a dining area where our group can gather around, eat and chill. The kitchen is also fairly well equipped.

Would have been nice if the place had more than one clothes drying rack since the place is clearly catering for groups. The carpark is not at or next to the building. The carpark is situated in a poorly lit area for cars a few mins walk away. Would advise families with young kids to opt for ground floor units as there is no lift available for this 3 storey building.

The place is just like as seen by the pictures in the bookings.com page. (Unlike the others with wide angle camera making it look 2x larger, the pictures of this place shows what it really has) Clean, roomy and fully equipped with cookwares and amenities. Free parking is also a great additional benefit considering the limited and pricey parking spaces over all around the city. I almost forgot but there are air conditioning in every room and living room! (I stayed 2 AirBnB places and one had none and the other one had just one for whole house) If you're visiting Sapporo in summer time, this could be one the most important thing to consider for a comfortable and relieving stay for the trip next day. The staffs are responding almost instantaneously thru booking.com messaging and they're very supportive. I left my Android tablet and they sent me a message right away for a confirmation and shipment processing. I have stayed 2 nights in Taketo stay and 4 others in 2 Air BnB places (all at similar price range) and I can say that Taketo stay was far superior than the others. 30min drive from Otaru, short route from the express way. Me and my family has enjoyed the stay and everyone wanted to stay a few more days missing checking out.

Ventilation of the toilets can be a bit of a issue after one finishes big one, but the place provides a portable air purifier which can be perfectly placed in the middle of the 2 toilets. It was powerful and odors were gone almost instantaneously with the operation.

The room facilities as there are 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets with utensils for own cooking. The rooms are clean but the double beds are a bit small. Luckily there are a lot of futon beds, hence we can have other options to sleep more comfortably.

The access to the apartment was too narrow as it was located at a dead end, our MPV was unable to drive in and we have to walk quite a distance to the car park. The car park is also very narrow and not easy for an MPV to park.

Quiet and spacious for my family of 4. Short walk to supermarket and station and park, restaurants and 711. Free parking close by. Great communication with owner. He gave us extra detergent and TP Highly recommend Would definitely stay here again

Bought swiffer and some basic stuff (salt sugar cleaning products and paper towel) as those were not included.

Perfect 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms unit as there were 5 of us and this is not so common in Japan. We reserved a carpark lot upon booking which we got. If you drive, make sure you get 1 reserved too. This is a quiet residential area. It is better to drive if you stay here. Carpark is a few minutes walk from the apartment.

5 of us have about 10 luggage/bags. We were allocated a unit on level 3 and this premise do not have a lift! Sapporo been our last stop, we planned on 4 days of shopping and more shopping. I wrote to them few times for change and their replies were all negative. Imagine we have to carry all our luggage up 3 storeys and down again when we checked out. We had to rolled few of our heavier ones down the stairs as there were no one there to help.
