One cup still had coffee stains, but the rest of the room was very clean.

I was aware that parking was unavailable, so I sent a message to ask for recommendations for coin parking nearby. The reply was that a map would be provided at the reception. Upon arriving at the unmanned reception, I couldn't find the map, so I had to call the phone number provided, only to have the staff inform me that only maps are provided for the main hotel, not the annex. The staff then asked me to find coin parking on my own. If they were unable to recommend parking, I would have appreciated it if they were upfront about it, instead of wasting my time going to the reception to search for an inexistent map, and then call the unhelpful staff. It was rather frustrating.

The location is amazing ! It is located near the subways which lead to the city area and airport very quickly yet conveniently ! Furthermore,it has a variety of food options right beside it so it is another good aspect for us ! It was only been a few days since I have left the place and I already miss it.Definitely going back to stay there the next time I travel to Hokkaido again.

Nothing as everything was great !

Property was spacious, relatively easy to find and get to. It's not in central Sapporo, but it's pretty close by both JR line and the subway. There is several convenience stores nearby and a large mall as well with 2 supermarkets. Property had easy check in, a lift to get to second floor, and 3 very large beds with comfortable bedding. Property also had kitchen, nice bathroom and washing machine with free washing powder.

The first few nights were great, the guests next door were a bit noisy during the day, but quiet at night. However on the last night a bunch of foreigners stayed in the room above and held a party until very early in the morning. Thi was incredibly noisy for us, and because this is not a manned hotel, there was no recourse or anyone for us to talk to regarding this. Wifi password hidden on the back of the door took us a long time to find, should be moved somewhere more obvious like front of fridge.

Lots of space! It was like an apartment with a bedroom, a kitchen (with kitchen materials), a toilet, a bathroom, and a living room. It even included a washing machine (with detergent)!

Easy location, short walk to a station. Clean nice rooms. Managed to reasonably comfortably hold 5 of us. Good kitchen facilities available in room.

Keypad for door to enter the room was hard to use and kept locking us out.

It has everything we need, washing machine, cooking utensils, microwave in room, elevator and money is worth the price

The room was small but had everything you needed, everything was new and very clean.

The check in process was a bit frustrating. For an English speaker with minimal Japanese, it was a bit difficult navigating the check in as there are no staff at the Annex property, only the main hotel a few minutes drive away.

Simple and location is near to everything

Close to subway and supermarket. Self check in and check out.

Housekeeping was not as clean as the main building which I stayed a few months ago. Need to sort out some minor issues such as borrow a pair of scissors, iron board etc from the main building.

4 beds available in the room. As I am driving, not sure how far from public transport. Behind the block, got convenient store which is good.

Provide washing machine but nothing to hang. No hanger nor clothes rack to hang clothes. I think I am not the only one comment about this. Wasted to have a washing machine in the room.
