This is the only Route-Inn we've ever stayed in so we have no comparisons, but we find it to be satisfactory and met our expectations. More of a business hotel than a resort hotel, the accommodations were basic but clean and serviceable. It was nice to have the public bath but it is small and tight when there are more than a few people using it. I would certainly give it good value for the money. Having climate control in each room is a plus as is the access to washers and dryers.

Beds are amongst the firmest we've seen in Japan, but sleep was OK. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory.

Location was superb. Not too pricey either, considering I booked the night before! It was a nice stop as I had been on a 5 day road-trip, and this was in between 2 locations for me, which made it convenient to stay at and rest. There is a Lawson across the street, as well as a ramen place. They have a great restaurant downstairs.

There's no real errors, or flaws I can point out. I was treated well, considering I was a traveler and have heard stories that some chains treat travelers different, but Route-inn was great.

It was easy to find and in a good location. Easy access to other places. Room was modern and the breakfast in the morning was good. Would stay at again.

It seemed as though smoking was allowed in the property. Coming from Australia this is not something I am used to. Everything was clean and tidy but couldn't help to smell a slight cigarette smell in the common areas.

Nice staffs, they tried their best to speak English to me. Breakfast included.

Not 100% clean, there was a biscuit on the floor under the edge of bed. Not that bad but need to improve.

Almost everything. Probably a bigger size bed (double instead of semi-double would have been great. But it was still okay considering the location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially since I can not speak Japanese I liked it so much I booked a 2nd night 🙂 Convience stores close by. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection.The onsen was fabulous. Thank you!
