The breakfast was great! Bacon, buns, scrambled eggs, that it was included in the hotel stay without extra cost was really a great plus! Thank you! Also I think the staff overall at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, I think that's very important and I am very grateful for this stay.

The WiFi does not have any good connection. There is no dryer to accompany the washingmachines.

Staffs are nice and helpful. We booked the hotel in the last minute, when we got there, it was almost 11PM which was out of the service time. The parking was full, but the front desk staff nicely led us to got about property parking.

After I stayed here, I was 90% satisfied with there even the reviews rates showed only 5.3, such as their check in system was new, their staff were nice, the breakfast was great. However I do think they deserve better ratings. The only thing I would say that not too good, it’s about facilities are a bit too old, like no washlet , room smells a little like old hotel. I don’t think it’s not clean, just old smell.

The hotel was only a 20 minute walk from the station so it was useful for our overnight stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The decor is retro and fun. The breakfast was good and I was glad that it was included.

The bathroom was clean, however it was old and water splashed all over the floor when we showered, even with a shower curtain.

Great view of mountains. Adequate space in the room. Comfortable bed, amazing breakfast and good bath tub.

We did mot like our first room which was forĵĵ smoking. When we asked g or a change the staff was very helpful.

Fantastic Breakfast! Loved the kimonos for the night. Worked well for us whilst we were visiting. Easy check in and check out. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The room was very large, quite unusual for Japanese hotels.

It's not very close to the station, a little inconvenient for those carrying heavy luggage.
