The staff was friendly, my room was comfortable and clean with a big bed and a big pillow! The breakfast buffet was very nice with a lot of variety. I was really surprised how nice this hotel was for such a good price! I felt like I could fully relax

The only downside was late hours for the women’s turn in the bath. Because I was getting up early I had to skip using the hot springs. It would be nice to visit after checking in. That said, I do understand that there are far fewer female guests at this kind of hotel. I think offering the women’s shower room was a good solution And the bathrooms in the rooms are also nice! And they were made nicer by all of the free amenities 😊

I’m always impressed by the breakfast of Super Hotels, especially pastries. There were free alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks until 9 pm. The facilities are clean and very comfortable to stay in. The price is also not too expensive considering the quality of the facilities and breakfast. I will definitely stay in Super Hotel across Japan.

There's only one hot spring and it switches depending on time. Available time for women are only from 8 pm to 9:50 pm, which is quite less than the one for men. Also, the position of the mirror and the color of lights are not considered for women to put make ups, it's too far from the window to get the natural light, but the color of room light is warm yellow. Overall, I felt the hotel is designed for men more likely.

Breakfast was really good. Pastries are exceptionally good, but some ran out later during the breakfast time window. Evening free drinks were really good too.

Only one Onsen, instead of one for Men and separate one for Women. So onsen is open for Men only at certain time (closed for Women) and open for Women only (closed for Men) at other certain time.

The location is great, close to an huge aeon mall and local restaurants. The room is spacious considering the price and the average hotel rooms in Japan at this price. The lounge/ breakfast area is cosy and nicely decorated. The welcome drink is the icing on the cake of the stay.

The onsen hours for ladies are too limited. I wanted to use the onsen but never had a chance due to the limited hours.

The room was comfortable. I had a bed and a soft chair. The parking was free. I could easily leave my car there. It was close to shopping mall. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pillow in the room was extremaly hard, but I could easily get soft pillow. On the ground floor they have a space with extra pillows the guest can take. It wasn't extra paid.

I love super hotel. The welcome drinks, the breakfast and the staff are all part of what I enjoy about super hotels. I also love the onsen.

At this particular Super Hotel the slots for women to go to the Onsen was really short, which I found a bit disappointing. Women could only enjoy the onsen from 20 - 21:30. They do however offer bath salts, so you can enjoy a bath in your room.

Good location near to supermarket where you can buy your food and eat at the hotel common room. Very clean and comfortable bed

Baths for women only available from 5pm to 9pm, the other time it is reserved for men. Breakfast is open from 6.30 to 8.30 only and there was no more bread and no refill. I expected more choices in the food, this was very basic japanese breakfast.

Beautiful clean hotel with a wonderful bath, delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff and their system of checking in and out and pass keys is so easy. Fabulous place to stay.

There is only one public bath, so they arrange women and men to use it at different hours. Ladies can't use it after 10pm.
