My mother & I stayed in a deluxe twin with seaview, the room was very spacious with sofa, separate bathroom and toilet. Facilities in room there are a small fridge, microwave and kettle with drip coffee bags. There is a bus stop in front of hotel with specific schedules to town and Toba Train Station.

Breakfast was a bento type lunch box from outsourced catering. We got same menu for the period of our stay (4nights), i was unbearable for us having same menu every day. The third day, we return 1box to staff and cancelled the next/last day. Hotel should have arranged for better catering if they don’t handle self cooking Handle your own suitcase, no assistance.

The location of the hotel is really nice. Although the route to the hotel is a hilly road with some sharp turns, the placement of the hotel near the sea was really great You can enjoy the view of the sea both during sunrise and sunset from the balcony (great for enjoying your morning coffee). The bed was comfortable, room was clean and you were provided with necessities like body wash, shampoo, conditioner towels, etc. They also provided complementary tea and facilities like oven , electric kettle, etc. There was also a nice yukata to wear.

It would have been better if there was a food service other than just cup noodles and ready made foods in the common area near the reception. Also, the information regarding it as well as the coffee service in the morning was not explained, so we only noticed it when we checked out, which is a shame.

We stayed here due to location away from the hustle and bustle of major cities whilst attending the Japanese F1 Grand Prix at Suzuka. It was 1:30 when clear and no more than 2hrs on Saturday and Sunday using the ISE express way. The hotel was great beds were really comfy, bathroom was nice, plenty of space, google translate has been a god send for the language barrier and my lack of Japanese. The views were lovely to wake up looking out onto the bay / sea each morning. I would definitely stay here again.

View out of the window outstanding, I could stare at it whole day. Really nice remote location. To get to anything, you need to drive about 10 minutes, but that was not an issue for us. The room was clean, and there was access to the washing machine so we could do our laundry.

Beds were on a hard side, which is rather common in Japan, so I didn't see much of an issue here.

The view from our room was amazing as it overlooked the ocean. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our fa family of 4. To our surprise and great fullness the bathroom was separated from the toilet room, which isn’t normal for a hotel. The staff was kind and helpful whenever we had questions. The common areas were clean and welcoming.

The bed was a hard one…not good for stomach sleepers. Some things, such as the game room, were more than a bit dated and required to be turned on by the staff.

This is my fourth road trip in Japan. I am travelling with my family comprising 4 adults. Our booking are 3 twin room (no option). Pro: The rooms were extremely spacious like a suite comprising 2 twins bed, tatami area for 2 pax, sofa and coffee table, wc cubicle, wash hand basin complete with a large toiletries shelving, bathroom complete with bath tub and area for sit down bath just like in onsen. Beverage cupboard with oven. Con: Room looks old but clean.

This hotel had really good value for the money. The hotel room was big it almost felt like a condo. It’s not brand new and you can tell by its design it’s from an older times but that didn’t take away from its comfort and beauty.

The room was very spacious, i thought it just like for two persons but the rooms could be fit for like 5-6 persons! I will come again here for sure with other person.

Maybe they can provide halal meal for the guests.

Terrific location with uninterrupted view of the bay. Dining room was closed but hotel provided pre-packaged breakfast for us to enjoy in our room. With proof of COVID vaccinations and I.D.s, we qualified for 40-percent discount off the standard room rate. We also received JPY6,000.- in coupons for use at various attractions in Toba city.

There were no dining options. We bought our own dinner from the station convenience store.

Forgot to mention: it was difficult figuring out the heater/aircon controls as there were no English instructions. So it was either too hot or chilly. similarly, English instructions for the washer-dryers could be provided.
