Good location next to the train station. 20minute+ train ride to Shibuya Station. Good enough for our last minute booking that has easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya. They have a Indian restaurant with breakfast. Food was ok.

The double bed is too small for us. The other room amenities was great. The hotel is basically next to the train station so do expect noise up until 12am and we accept that since we rarely sleep before 12am. Same feedback I gave in Sapporo. I only found out a lot of local Itabashi places that can be visited after the trip. Recommend take from the Malaysian hotels playbook and have at least some English brochure related to the Itabashi area. I believe some tourist will appreciate out of the beaten path places to go.

The bathtub in the rooms are bigger than some other APA hotels I've stayed at before. Room size in the bed area is the same as other APA hotels, but is more than enough. The breakfast buffet was good for the price on the 3rd floor, which if you stay on has a direct connection. The laundromat wasn't always busy. hotel is literally right next to JR East Saikyo Line station East Exit. It's really easy to ride. Views of the train track and platform are available at this hotel on the 3rd floor.

The rooms are smaller than typical American rooms, but they're comfortable and clean which makes it not so bad for solo travelers or frugal families/couples. I speak Japanese, but the staff didn't really do too well with my family who speak only English. They didn't do anything bad or disrespectful, but we had to use google translate.

Location is perfect, next to Itabashi station. Also the Lawson and McDonalds within 30 meters is great. Very good price, pretty much the cheapest Apa in Tokyo i think.

The rooms are getting old by now. The entrance to the hotel is not what you expect in 2025. Food options in the hotel are limited, but if you keep in mind that ist's very cheap to stay here, everything is still very good value for money.

It was nearby the station and very convenient. The customer service was amazing. I had an excellent experience with all staff members, especially on the night of the 8th of October in assisting with my luggage transportation. I regret that I did not catch his name however despite the language barrier and our complicated requests, a young male staff member went above and beyond to sure we had a pleasant experience.

It was a little cramped for space, but that was expected

Location is good, right next to Itabashi train station. There are restaurants in the area. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable mix of japanese, indian and western options. Grape lassi and naan bread in particular were great. Room is comfortable, though small as it is usually the case in Japan.

Coin-operated drier is not efficient. After washing the clothes I did two rounds of drying and it was not enough.

The location is definitely a plus. A few steps away from Itabashi station, which is only 2 stops away from Shinjuku. There are konbini and drug stores nearby.

Refillable water not provided. You will need to purchase from the vending machine on ground floor. Also, the building is a little old, and it’s showing its age. The best wasn’t the comfiest either.

Room Room was clean and comfortable. Daily amenities were provided (towels, cups). Little noise from nearby station. Video on Demand (VOD) provided free of charge. Wi-Fi was good. Location Very convenient location - a very short walk to Itabashi Station. One stop from Ikebukuro and close to Shinjuku through Saikyo line. Convenience stores are very close by. Check In/Check Out Easy, have the ability for express checkout if needed Staff Helpful and friendly

Hotel was comfy and clean, with some of the comfiest beds I slept in during my trip around Japan, and in a good area with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and close to larger areas like Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and cleaning took place daily. I enjoyed my stay here.

The Aircon seemed to be heating only - there were no instructions on how to use it. The room could get quite warm so the only way to cool it was by opening the window, which meant the noise from the train station was much more audible. I am a deep sleeper so this didn't bother me much but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the opposite side of the building.

APA hotel was in a really great location, I'm talking 3 minutes from the train station. We had amazing connections to the Saiko line which was only one stop away from Yamanote line (one of the biggest connecting lines in the city) so we were only a few minutes away from everything. The local facilities in the area were great, a few conbini and small corner shops and a very convenient McDonald's across the way also! We shared as two people and had a lovely compact room. The majority of the room was the beds which worked fine for us as we spent most of the time out in the city. In the room there was a desk which we used to store our bits and bobs, and a bathroom which was fully stocked with essentials every day by the staff. We also were provided with fresh dressing gowns and towels every morning when requested, and when we wanted to sleep in a bag was left outside. There are laundry facilities in the hotel which we used, it was only a few 100 yen to use them and dry clothes too. Generally very good and comfortable stay. The staff were also very helpful and spoke some English which helped us when we were struggling with Japanese phrases. I would recommended this to foreign visitors as it was a very welcoming space and we felt safe and secure the entire time.

As expected for a compact hotel there wasn't a lot of storage in the room. We ended up buying some thin wire hangers to put our clothes up on the hooks as we had a lot of changes of outfits! There were hangers provided of course but they were more for suits and we had a number of dresses to hang. The tv service was great and listed our check out time and date at all times, but the only issue was even the English movies were only in Japanese and with no English subs so we couldn't watch any! The location near the train station meant we could hear the general noises of trains and the cute song that plays when the train arrives but this stopped at midnight and only started with the first train. Not an issue really and I grew to like it!
