Amazing views! Great service. My guess is they have staff on each floor to get you things you need quickly based upon how quickly items came to the room. Loved the attention to detail such as confirming the taxi with written correspondence. Breakfast was lovely. A good variety of items and excellent unique pastries both traditional and savory.

Sadly didn't care for the cocktails at their bar. The bar area is beautiful at night and a great spot to relax while listening to live music.

Yoshi Hoshino made our stay enjoyable and fun. He was knowledgeable, courteous and gave excellent service. Entire staff was exceptional.

In San Francisco there are hotels that offer a limousine service for guest free of charge with a 3 miles area, The Ritz Carlton should have this because the RC is an exceptional hotel. My only issue is that everyone is required to wear a very tight swimming cap. Due to the tightness of the cap, I only swam a few laps. In San Francisco the Four Seasons doesn't require a swimming cap in their junior Olympic swimming pool.

We love everything about the hotel. But most of all the amazing wonderful staff team. They went above and beyond. Very rare to get this service truly genuine hospitality and warmth nowadays . We were extremely impressed. And for this reason we look forward to coming back. Hopefully soon.

Checkin process way too long for this type of standing. They give you a printed sheet, not elegant, and you have to book a time to go to the pool and gym... not ok for this standing, too old school and amateur.

The service and the view of the room and also the waiter/waitress are all very nice and friendly The Concierge is really friendly and powerful, we ask them help as book the restaurant, they succeed to book the restaurant which is hard to reservation. We really have great time in Ritz-Carlton and Tokyo

The location was perfect, it is close to the mall which is more convenient for me to browse around and enjoy the delicious food that Tokyo has to offer.

There is nothing that I did not like. Everything has progressional meet up my expectation.

Some of the staff at the bar need to improve their English. They were always hurrying up for last orders by 9 ish PM.

Beautiful view, really nice the rooms and the service. We really enjoyed our stay, they gave us a free upgrade because of availability.

They are really slow at the breakfast, also not enough room for all the guests. We had to catch a train, needed to wait 15 minutes to enter as it was full, after we were waiting 40 minutes for our order after telling we were in a hurry. Maybe better for the hotel to work with time shifts for the guests.
