This is a pretty good central location to stay in Tokyo as your base. The hotel is super close to two subway lines which makes getting to other neighborhoods really easy. We had the top floor room with a view of Tokyo tower which was super cool. There were 3 adults in the room which made it a bit tight (I was the third who had to use the couch bed in the window corner haha) but as we didn’t spend that much time in the room it was fine. The onsen was really nice too to relax in after a long day of walking.

The location is fantastic. It was an easy stroll to the station. There is easy access to shopping and major stores. The rooms are comfortable and not too small. Nice toiletries and towels and cleaning every day. I would stay there again.

Pyjamas were left out for us which is sweet but we didnt like the smell of them so didnt wear

Very close to Roponggi station, so very easy to go to hot spots like Shibuya, Ginza, Tokyo tower etc (Azabudai Hills is walking distance), Loved the roof-top public bath and the view of Tokyo tower from the hotel room. the hotel room was a bit but pretty clean.

The room was a bit small and some staffs were not kind.

This was my second time staying in a Candeo Hotel, and I chose this because the Candeo location in Kyoto was so amazing (room, price, etc.). This location was also great, however, the rooms were smaller and more expensive. The location was fantastic though - this was my first time staying in Roppongi, and I really enjoyed it. Being centrally located made it very easy to get around Tokyo, and the hotel is off the main street, so the street was quiet at night but well-lit and safe. I was pleasantly shocked to see a Burger Revolution right across the street - this was a delicious place I visited in Kyoto, and the Tokyo location is equally great. As for the hotel, everything was clean, nice, etc., and I enjoyed the in-hotel onsen as usual. My city view with Tokyo Tower view was great too. Although the bathroom was small, it worked for me, and I'm a large guy. It might be pretty cramped for more than one person though, especially if you have a lot of toiletries. I do prefer the layout of the Kyoto Candeo bathrooms, although the Tokyo locations have tubs in the them. I did not eat in the hotel restaurant, but it looked very large and nice.

I wish the rooms were a little bit larger for this price, but I really wanted to stay in this hotel and in Roppongi, so I knew what I was getting into!

Conveniently situated, some of the higher up rooms have a lovely view, and the spa facilities at the top of the hotel are great to relax after a long day, especially the cold bath.

I had previously stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and whilst the stay was pleasant the facilities and rooms are starting to feel a little bit dated compared to how it used to be and the service has gone a little bit down. It could also be that staying in Roppongi has lost a bit of its charm. Still, everyone was very professional, the beds are comfortable and the facilites are convenient at all hours.

Excellent location less than 5 minutes' walk from Roppongi subway station. Close proximity to many restaurants, cafes, 24-hr drugstore, convenience stores, and Don Quijote for souvenirs and snacks. Post office is right next door. 10 minutes' walk from Tokyo Midtown, an upscale shopping and dining complex that has an excellent supermarket (open 7 am to 11 pm), Starbucks Reserve, affordable fast casual dining, fancy sit-down restaurants and cafes, and beautiful places to sit and people-watch. The larger Roppongi Hills area is more upscale and sophisticated, and this is reflected in the international cuisines at all price points, fine dining restaurants, and numerous foreign embassies and art venues near the hotel. Also great are the hotel's onsen and sauna on the top floor (covering tattoos is no longer required per current hotel policy), and 3 washers and dryers for coin-op laundry.

The bathroom is functional but small, and there isn't much room for personal items like toiletries. Also, the rooms, despite their classy decor with rose gold accents, are starting to show their age and some scuffs/ wear and tear. And, in our room (1307), the California King-sized bed was really just 2 double beds put together. All this notwithstanding, we would stay at this hotel again for its excellent location and facilities.

great location, just by the Roppongi subway station, the Nezu Museum, the Mori Tower etc, all walking distance - the breakfast is quite good and has all Japanese and Western component you'd be justified to expectn, even if coffee isn't the best. Nice view from the room. Very helpful staff as well.

The style and decoration is not super glamour, but rather functional. The bathroom was incredibly small and compressed but I suppose that's Tokyo! Maybe for that price you'd like something slightly more uplifting though.

Great Location, easy access to metro and interesting local streets. Dramatic city view. We were given a top floor room as requested. Fast lift. Rooftop onsen was relaxing. Good value. Big beds. Easy access to Haneda airport.

Rooms were a little snug. More space for luggage would have been handy.

Excellent location and easy access through subway and airport limousine. Public bath is the reason I chose this hotel and the long hour operation is great. There are lots of restaurants and shops as well as shopping malls within walking distance where you can get everything.

The only down side is the aircon, although it's adjustable but with just 1 degree difference can be either very cold or too warm. Otherwise, all good.

Location was great. Plenty of food options for the buffet breakfast.

The beds were a little hard and too big for the room. We found it a little cramped for the two of us to move around. Smaller beds would give so much more room.
