The property consists of the main hotel and a newer annex called Emion Square. We were located in Emion square which was beautiful and had great facilities. The room came with a Japanese style shower room and deep bath, and had plenty of space for my family of three. The beds were comfortable and the windows opened for us to let some fresh air into the room. The free bus to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea was so useful and started as early as 6:30am. The staff member who looked after us had great English and checked us in quickly. The onsite Onsen was new, spacious and clean. Overall a wonderful stay at Hotel Emion.

Great if you are going to Disney - there is a shuttle that goes back and forth between the hotel and parks and makes it convenient. You are in an area that is walkable to the train station and areas to eat or shop in. They will refresh towels and amenities anytime you have the room cleaned.

It's quite far if you're going to Tokyo city center (about an hour by train, and usually takes a couple trains).

Nice and comfortable quiet room, with a good view. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was really good (Occidental and Japanese). The staff was nice. The shuttle bus to come back from Disneyland in the evening was convenient. Check out at noon was also convenient. The bus station to go to Urayasu station was close to the hotel.

The onsen was an additional cost, and it closed at 10:00 in the morning. It would be nice if it was included in the price of the room and if it was open a bit longer in the morning.

The staff was super kind and provided top notch service. The room was great for family of 4 and the amenities were replenish daily. They room was super clean and so was the hotel. The food was excellent. The location was great only 10 min walk to the train station and by 2 or 3 giant malls. We loves being in a not crowded area

Rooms were of a decent size for the 4 of us and great in house facilities like a self operating laundromat and microwave facilities on each floor and also a small Family Mart inside the building. Shuttle bus to and fro both Disneyland parks and the Maihama station were excellent.

Lack of choice for a sit down meal in the area

A perfect place to stay if you’re going to the Disney parks! There is a free shuttle to both parks and back to the hotel, which is very punctual and convenient. Lots of little restaurants in the area and convenient stores that are open 24 hours. The supermarket inside the close by Aeon Mall is amazing! The room was clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. The spa was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was to our liking.

Absolutely loved the family room. Plenty of room to spread out, able to have a teen sleep in the living area making them more happy, as there were two additional sofa beds in this area in addition to the four on the bedroom. Loved that ice and microwaves were available on the floor of our room. The view was amazing, and the sprawling bathroom was certainly luxurious. Shuttles to Disney were easy, and plentiful. Can easily walk to local convenience stores, and two malls in either direction, one mall past the University has an awesome food court with choices to make everyone happy. Loved this property.

Getting to Narita Airport was more challenging than I expected. To utilize the local airport shuttle bus, you need to book in advance. Also the one located nearby only headed to the airport once per day, which was far too early for our flight. Luckily we had become a pro at using the train system and were able to manage the transfers to get to the airport, however, did purchase the wrong train line tickets and spent an extra $80 which was annoying and not usable. Bottom line do some research a few days prior to leaving. Food availability after Park closing was challenging, however with the convenience stores nearby, and the availability of microwaves, we managed to put something together.

Everything is excellent. From reception to room cleaning, from shuttle bus to Disney to the breakfast. No complaints.

Just one little reminding: One of the dryer in the self service laundry room doesn’t work well. Spent 1.5 hours on it, clothes still damp. Changed to another dryer and this time only spent 0.5 hour and got very dry clothes.

Very clean, great value and comfortable. There is a convenience store and a coin laundry in the hotel, hot springs and breakfast buffet are optional.

You have to pay extra for the hot springs, breakfast and parking. I wish those were included.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was great for our family; it had a huge selection of foods and drinks available.

Only downside in Emion Square (as opposed to the tower) was there was only 3 washing machines and dryers for the whole building.
