-Excellent location with free shuttle to Disney Resort -2 minute walk (fully undercover!) from Shin-Uruyasu Station to the hotel - this was an especially nice surprise because it was bucketing down raining when we arrived -3 shopping malls right next to the train station (and can access all of them with undercover walkways too) -Beds were comfy -Free lolly bar, hot pancakes, fairy floss and drinks every day from 2pm onwards!! -The hotel lobby area is absolutely stunning, with a small chapel decorated in vines and fairy lights. My daughter was mesmerized -Buffet breakfast was excellent, so many choices. My son loved the little donuts, but my absolute favourites were the mini waffles with hollandaise sauce (sometimes with bacon, sometimes with salmon) and the chia pudding yogurt with granola - YUM -Handy Lawsons konbini on site

-The check-in process was ridiculously slow, a queue started forming just before 3pm and even though we were fairly close to the front it took about 50 minutes until we got our key. None of our other hotels took anywhere near that long. There were a lot of people behind us too, who waited a lot longer than we did. -Our family room with 5 beds was absolutely tiny. It was by far the most cramped room we've had so far. Virtually no kitchenette facilities, a 1m square bench space above a minifridge with a kettle was all we had. No sink other than the bathroom. There was barely any free floor space, so storing our suitcases was hard. We were all crawling over each other because it was so tight. -Laundry facilities at the hotel are very expensive (about 1500 yen for a full cycle)

Lovely rooms and public areas. Free snack and drink area was fantastic. Drinks, sweets, nuts, pancakes and slushy all free, saved us a fortune. The location was brilliant as well. Covered walkway direct from the hotel to the train station was a huge bonus. Another walkway led to a brilliant shopping centre with a department store that sold everything. Big brand stores like Uniqlo there as well with ridiculously low prices. There is also a Subway and MacDonalds. The shower in the hotel room was the best pressure I’ve ever known in a hotel. There was also a 'British pub' on site serving very cheap meals and drinks (enough choice for fussy eaters!). There was also a free amenity room where you could get additional toiletries, razors, even a hairbrush. Brilliant overall, great links to get out and about on the train. Only one train stop from Tokyo Disney as well, but the hotel also receives a free shuttle bus to the parks. I would throughly recommend this hotel, particularly if you are doing Disney. Finally, there is a Lawsons 24/7 convenience store on site, great to buy meals snacks and drinks at crazy low prices (90p for a bottle of Coke).

My one and only criticism is that the room has virtually no storage! There is a small rail on the wall with 6/7 coat hangers and that is it. There are no drawers, no shelves and apart from a table in the room nowhere to put anything. We lived out of our suitcases which fortunately fitted under the bed opened out. It meant the room was messy at times. I wouldn’t let that put you off but I would recommend that you bring one or two of those travel hanging folding clothes organisers with you.

Best stay on my trip to Japan. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathrooms were amazing. Love separate toilet/sinks/shower with a tub. Don't have to wait in line to get ready. Very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was awesome...must get. Free shuttle to Disney. Very convenient location to mall, grocery stores, McDonald's, limousine bus stop to airport; There is a Lawson inside the lobby. Lots of amenities you can pick up at the lobby. Also Happy Hour with free alcohol and snacks was amazing. Definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Disney. I would love to come back. Family complained that I was holding out on them giving that this was our last hotel for our Japan Trip. I said I saved the best for last so I would not spoil them. haha.

Nothing....wish happy hour opens later maybe till 2300. Haha

The location was great, with easy access to train station. there is a shopping centre opposite the hotel with access to all amenities and food court. the breakfast was fantastic. this hotel really caters to families, with all amentities catering to families, especially with young children.

The buidling is donut shaped, if your room is opposite side of the lift lobby, it will be quite a walk. Breakfast buffet can get busy, so please allow extra time. pro tip - please visit the nearby Wakashio Park and discover the 'traffic park' fun for the family. completely free.

We loved the service, cleanliness, our beds were comfortable and meals exceptional as well as this they have a free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea which was always punctual. We loved our holiday at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. This Hotel is a very special place for locals as well, whilst we were there included three weekend days there were 5 weddings in their Wedding Chapel so must be extremely special to local people as well. I would 100% recommend this as a great place for anyone to stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay and we were also very close to the Urayasu Train Station.

My hubby and I were a bit unhappy about the Waiter tried to take our tray away before we had actually finished our meal.

Location as it’s one train stop away from Tokyo Disney. Hotel is attached to the Shin Urayasu Train Station. There is a self service luggage closet and locking room since you absolutely cannot check in until 3:00pm. There is also a self service toiletries area where you can pick up any toiletries you may need.

The check in process is very inefficient, especially for those that do not speak or read Japanese. There is a QR code option but unable to download on international phones.

I had stayed here 2 years prior and to provide perspective, I also did Grand Nikko next to DisneySea 1 year ago. Here's why I came back for Oriental instead for 2025: 1. Great location next to JR station, 1 subway stop or a free shuttle ride away from Tokyo Disney 2. Reasonably priced 3. Outstanding breakfast buffet (better than Grand Nikko's, even if the selection is smaller!). My mother was all over the fresh orange juice machine. 4. On-site self-serve laundry, which was a hit with my mother 5. Rooms look freshly constructed, convenient light switches near bed 6. Showers have detachable heads and there's plenty of hot water with high pressure 7. Lawson's on-site, open 24/7 Unless you're swimming in cash, this is a perfectly fine choice.

1. I was perfectly fine with the room size, but my mother was very unhappy about the room because it was smaller than the Grand Nikko 2. The rooms lack a 3-prong socket, so you might not be able to charge your laptop. 3. As a male, I don't need a big bathroom sink counter. My mom complained it was too small to hold all of her lotions but I think that is a bit unfair of an expectation given the price point. This is not priced as a 5-star hotel so we should not expect as much.

We stayed on our last trip (pre-covid) and were very glad to find the hotel as awesome as we remembered. The location is fantastic, close to the train & shopping centre, and with a Lawson's just off the lobby. The rooms and common areas are great and clean. The Welcome lounge was a fantastic touch. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially larger groups.

The only negative we had was with the Dryers when we washed some of our clothes. Despite running them through several times all we ended up with was warm wet clothes and ended up hanging them in our room.

I actually stayed at this hotel twice in April 2025. First stay was excellent since we had plans going to Disney. This hotel was close to the parks AND they had a bus available to take us to the parks. This was a big deal to us. Second stay, was pretty good. We had a convention to go to that was located in Chiba (Makuhari Messe). It wasn't too far of a commute, using the train. I like the room we were in. It was comfy and the facilities were very useful and convenient. My favorite part of this stay was that there was a Lawson that was connected to the hotel. It was a life saver since I always needed something to drink and snack on. Location of this hotel was great and overall, I had a lovely stay at this place. Didn't have a lot of issues at all.

Communication with the staff can be a little bit tough BUT they did their best and I can't complain. I wish they were able to send off our luggage to a different hotel. If I read it correctly, they didn't have this available, which would have been very nice since I didn't want to carry my luggage around when traveling to a new city, however, since we were staying at this hotel again, they were able to hold our extra luggage for us.

Free Disney shuttle, train station and bus station across the road, welcome lounge was fantastic - free drinks, lollies, candy floss, ice cream puffs each night, can take these back to your room to enjoy too. Family Mart onsite. Amenities room for everything you need including pyjamas. House keeping staff were great and accommodating. Room was spacious enough for a family of 5. Buses to the airports are located across the road around the corner. The Mall across the road had a supermarket, food court, restaurants, shops and a claw machine/gashapon game shop in the top floor which the kids loved and we ended up there each night.

Credit card needed for washing and drying machines and since the dryers take a long time to dry a full load of washing, adding extra minutes cuts off after a certain amount of time but charges you the full amount i.e: pay for up to 3hrs drying but only adds up to 2.5hrs but charges for 3hrs. Learnt this the hard way. Otherwise everything was great.
