Literally steps from the train station, which was especially great after a long day at Disney. There is a convenience store just next door for cheap food and drinks. Complimentary Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Our 3-bed room was pretty cramped but that’s not unusual for Japan. We did have a rather tall step up to the bathroom/toilet area which may be cumbersome for those with mobility issues. There were 4 floors with laundry facilities which were very reasonably priced, expect to run the dryer longer for jeans and heavier items. Overall we would definitely stay there again!

The place is very kid friendly, with a nice play area in the lobby, convenience store right next door, and RIGHT next to the station. The staff were all warm and friendly, and the room was clean and affordable.

The beds were hard as a rock 😭 which after a 12 hour Disney day was very difficult to sleep on. I don’t mind the small size of the room but I should have asked for a cushion or something. The “Japanese” breakfast was… fine. But the seating is much too narrow and crowded for a buffet. The Chinese breakfast was much better though! The seating was spread out, not too crowded, and had overflow seats as well.

Very convenient to the train station, and only 2 stops away from Disney. Convenient store next door was great. Area is pretty barren though. If you want to find some stuff to do or places to eat you gotta hop on the train.

The free breakfast isn’t as great as some of the reviews portray. It’s fine, and it was free.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was great. There was a small kids play area in the lobby. Parking for cars. Wonderful location to get to Disney!

The curtains were not blackout in the room which is so needed in summer when the sun rises so early. The restaurants with the vouchers were not the greatest and didn’t have a large selection of food.

The staff was nice and friendly, and didn't rush any procedures. The was free breakfast everyday, I personally didn't go 'cause I sleep until at least 9. The window was actually see through and very large, giving great natural light.

I found the bathroom to be a bit weird, because the shower is next to the bath without any dividers, so basically there was no dry space to place my clothes and towels.

Just two train stops away from Tokyo Disneyland, this is a fantastic low budget option. It’s right beside the station next to a convenience store which is perfect for last minute shopping.

It is right next to the train tracks, and the sound of trains passing does come through a little. That being said, the soundproofing is really good, making the train noise almost imperceptible unless you’re being super quiet.

Located right next to the station there is no way to get lost finding the property. And at only two stops from Tokyo Disneyland, is a great place to rest after a long day of walking. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style that starts service early, but continues until a decent mid morning hour for those who get up a bit later.

Possibly not best for larger groups. As a business hotel it mainly caters to office workers on business trips. Breakfast is good, but a bit heavy. The two connected restaurants serve the buffet style breakfast, but seating can fill quickly.

Location is two stops away from Disney so it's super convenient, also there's a Lawson right next door. The staff was super friendly and they have a good breakfast.

The mattress was a little too hard, and the room small. We couldn't really fit with our two suitcases and 1 carry on (this was the last stop on our trip) but since we only used to go to Disney, it was ok.

Stayed here specifically for our trip to Disney which was conveniently only 2 stops down on the JR local train line. Location was very close to the station and the room came with free buffet breakfast. Staff were really friendly and kindly held onto our bags even after check-out

The only thing would be knowing how to open the window as it looked like it could be opened and when we turned the air-con on it smelled slightly like cat-piss

Literally on top of a Lawson’s and the JR station. Couldn’t have been more convenient for getting around Tokyo. Delivered towels, robes, and garbage bags to the robe daily to keep them clean even if you didn’t want daily cleaning.

Rooms were alarmingly small, even for Japanese rooms. Barely room for a suitcase in the room. And there is an almost dangerous step up/down to enter or exit the bathroom. In the 6 days we were there, we had more than a few stubbed toes.
