place was very relaxed and not crowded and not very busy. quiet place to wind down from a busy day. plus a one minute walk from a train station was so welcome for us

nothing really maybe 1 or 2 more convinence stores but the two there were already enough for our needs. wish it had a nearby subway then that would sure seal off the entire trip! nearest one was 30 minutes walking distance...

All basic amenities are available. And the service of having our luggages be stored before we check in for the day.

Handing the keycards whenever we go and taking it back after our day out. If they keep an extra key card for them to use when they need access of the room— all they have to do is inform the guests that they will come in and change the towels or clean so guests can go straight up after the long day out for them.

The location was excellent. It’s located right next to the JR station, so it’s very convenient to hop on a train to get to Disneyland and the Tokyo area. Also, the hotel staff were very caring and friendly.

The check-out time was 9 am. It’s earlier compared to other hotels.

Right at JR station doorstep. Under 1200 Yen to get there from Narita airport. 2 stops from Disneyland. Free drinks. Manager at the reception spoke very good English and explained everything in detail. Staff very friendly. Very good value.

There are no shops around other than a convenience store, but that store alone is actually good enough.

Quiet, close to Lawson n train station. Comfortable, good shower, pyjamas n toiletries supply. Heating up food is easy. Microwave available to use near reception at the eating hall.

The lipton tea qas houji tea instead? I found a cockroach in the room
