The place felt like a 5-star hotel. Very "bougie", and I was glad to get a great price here! Very conveniently located right next to Shin-Urayasu Station and a mall right next to that. Lots of places to eat and shop! Great (free) shuttle service to the Disney Resort area, which comes frequently. There is also an Airport Shuttle bus stop near the hotel, which offers lots of time for Haneda Airport, but unfortunately (at the time of writing this in Sep 2024), only offered two different times for Narita Airport). The rooms are very spacious and amazing. Very comfortable and offered lots of great amenities. It has a 5-star feel all around and I am very happy with my stay. The hotel itself offers lots of dining options, as well as extras such as spa/massage, as well as laundry service.

The location was very good, next to the train station, with frequent trains going to the centre of Tokyo. Also close to the great food mall ( inside the shopping centre ). The whole area was very quiet and full of local people. The hotel room was big enough for three people, great views, clean and modern. There is an airport limousine bus stop at the Shin Urayasu station.

We were shocked to find out they charged 5000Y for swimming pool. The pool was one of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel. However, we found out there is a local open air pool 30min walking or 10min by car. Even taking an Uber there and back, paying the fees to the pool, it was still much cheaper than the hotel pool.

Spacious room, truly luxurious bathroom even in the standard room. Very nice staff. The train to the Disney Parks is not only very close, there is a covered walkway from the train station to this hotel. You also can access 2 mall locations and a combini from this walkway area. I chose this location over onsight Disney accomodations and I am so glad I did. This hotel is a step above anything else in the price range. I'm both amazed, and will absolutely be staying here in the future. Seriously this is a stunning location whether you are going to Disney or just want a quality stay in Urayasu where all kinds of shopping is a short walk away

We are a family of 4 members. I didn't expect your hotel changed the sofa bed to a normal bed which was so considerate. The beds and the room were very spacious. There was enough space for opening 4 of our lugguage on the floor. The bathroom was tidy and clean with enough towels and toiletries. The view was good. The location was great with shopping centres within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, Supermarkets, and convenient to get on Limousine to Narita Airport and on JR. Staff were patient. I saw the hotel has a swimming pool, but was charged even for staying guests. Luckily i checked it myself before i check-in the room. Unfortunately, cannot watch other TV channels (like Hong Kong), but that's not your fault.

We did not try the breakfast as we opted to purchase outside food. However location was very convienent for anyone traveling leisurely or for business. Hotel is close to train station, wide variety of convenience stores/malls/shops around hotel within walking distance, and hotel provides shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disney Sea for Disney enthusiasts. The hotel also has takkyubin services with Yamato and Air Transporter which is a plus. It allows the traveler the convenience of transferring their luggage(s) between hotels without the worry of carrying it on the crowded trains.

Everything about this property is great! Its beautiful, clean, and upscale. And the distance to shops and train station can’t be beat! The shuttle to/from Disneyland/Disneysea is direct and efficient. Oh! and there is a Lawsons just outside the hotel! So convenient! This is my second time in Japan and I would say that this is the best location overall for traveling via trains to explore Tokyo!

The one negative about this property was that the matresses were hard. They felt harder than the cruise ship matresses that are on most cruise ships. Me and my travel companions are all big guys so that may have made the matresses seem extra hard. For smaller/lighter weight people, you will be fine. Staff is sooo helpful, friendly, and courteous! They made up for the hard matresses!

Conveniently located next to the train station and Disneyland. Awesome sunrise view from the hotel room. The staff was helpful and polite at check-in. Don't have a queue for the lift back to your hotel room after returning from Disney.

On check-out day, we were supposed to collect our rental car nearby the hotel and drive back to the hotel carpark for the check out and load up our luggage we requested for complimentary parking only to be told it was not available. But on check-in day we were asked if we drove as they provided complimentary parking if we needed to drive out. Disappointed with their difference of treatment to guests during check-in and check-out..

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the spacious room. It had two double beds and two sofa beds, both of which were surprisingly large and comfortable, comparable to single beds. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the JR station, and there's a convenient shuttle to Disney. The convenience factor is enhanced by two convenience stores, Family Mart and Lawson, right downstairs. Plus, there's a shopping mall with Aeon and Daiso right across from the JR station. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!

My family of 7 stayed here for 7 nights in 2 rooms. Each room was very spacious and clean. There were nice amenities such as bath salts, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, and a cold water station on every floor. The bed is very firm but was surprisingly comfortable. The service was excellent! We called for towels on multiple occasions and we received them within 2 minutes (literally). It was conveniently located at Shin Urayasu station, where there are lots of food and shopping options. Most walkways are covered, which is great for rainy days. The hotel’s free Disney shuttle service was awesome as well.

We didn’t try any of the restaurants or pool at the hotel because it was pretty spendy compared to the general cost of food and activities in the Tokyo area.

The room was spacious and the bathroom/tub was a treat. Although we did not eat at the property, they offered a good number of restaurants. The hotel is generous with pillows and towels in the room, there was no need to request more from the front desk. The hotel is close to Shin Urayasu station and shopping centers. The free shuttle to Disney was prompt and offered throughout the day.

The bedding was great but the beds themselves were a tad hard. We were still able to sleep but they could have been softer. This was no means a deal breaker but something to keep in mind if you really need soft bedding.
