This place is about a 10 min or less walk to DisneySea and less than 15 min walk to the Maihama train station. The Lawson convenience store was about a 5 min walk away. Our 3-bed (2 doubles and 1 single) room was spacious enough for our family of four (kids 11 and 9 yrs old). There are a couple communal microwaves that made heating up meals easy and the breakfast buffet provided good variety of options (most was Western/Western inspired breakfast).

We loved this place. If you’re not too picky about aesthetics (it’s an older building), this is a good option for the area and price.

The hotel is a convenient location from the train station a 1 Km walk, (1000 meters) A 7-minute walk to Disneysea. A shuttle bus is provided to and from Disneyland few time options are available for morning drop off and only 2 available times for pick up at night may not meet the expectations of a family with young kids as pick up was past 9 pm. The staff communicated with me right up until check-in day. The staff's biggest concern for my family was there was 5 of us and 3 beds, We joined the 3 beds together making one giant bed and it was great for a family of 5 people on a budget. We stayed for 5 days and our room was cleaned every day. The hotel provides two microwaves downstairs to heat up pre-made meals from the convenience stores and a free coffee machine for all hotel guests to use. the staff were very accommodating.

There was no disappointments with the hotel.

Location is perfect, within walking distance to Disney parks. They do also have a free shuttle to there. Breakfast is good. The rooms are bigger than expected and all amenities are good. A nice addition is the foot massager(bc you really need it after a whole day in the parks). Also, their pillows are very comfortable! I want one of them for my home. The staff are helpful and friendly. I didn’t realize when I booked that the rooms come out to outside instead of a hall in the building, which wasn’t too big of a deal but it was cold when we stayed so we had to dress up any time we wanted to leave the room and go downstairs for breakfast and so on..

Great if you want a hotel near Disney without paying Disney hotel prices! 15 mins or so walk to the station / Disneyland / restaurant complex, 7 mins walk to Disneysea. Coffee in the lobby was awesome and the foot / leg massager in our room was heavenly. Plus they stored our luggage till check in time and it was in our room when we came back.

Entirely our fault, but the room was too small for the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). This was the first hotel we booked when we booked our Japan trip and we didn't pay enough attention to the room description. When we put in our kids ages (10 and 8) this twin room came up as an option, with a kid and adult sharing a bed. But we should have booked a triple room, the bed (though bigger than a NZ king single) was too small for us to share comfortably. I'd recommend booking a triple room if you are in a similar situation.

The facilities were clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. They held our luggage until it was time for check in and we went to Disneyland. Once we got back our luggage was already checked-in. Breakfast is varied and good for every taste. The staff is really helpful with how to get to Disneyland/DisneySea.

The room is too small, but does the trick for being away all day at Disneyland. Remember to buy the breakfast one day before it is cheaper than the day of the breakfast, or once you check in for the whole stay. A bit far from Disneyland considering the scorching sun of July. Closer to DisneySea than Tokyo Disneyland, but i think they have transfer.

Staff at counter were very lovely to deal with and very helpful the whole time we stayed there. The triple room was great for myself and my two sisters. Even though the bathroom was small, it was sufficient for us. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable too. It’s about a 8 minute walk to DisneySea which is very convenient. There is a Lawsons about a 7 minute walk from the hotel in the opposite direction from Disneysea. They have an amenities down by the reception, ice, water and tea/coffee which you can grab as you go to your room. They also provided a leg massager in the room and the room has air conditioning option, which was so nice especially when you are walking around in the summer heat and do a whole day at Disney. The breakfast had a mix of Japanese and western options. If you are looking for a hotel close to Disney Sea and at an affordable price for you and your family, definitely book in. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

Not a big con but there is no laundromat in the hotel, so you will need to hold your washing until you get into central Tokyo or find a laundromat prior to arriving there in Urayasu.

This is an excellent hotel for disney and disney only! The cost of the hotel in relation to disney makes it great! The hotel offers a shuttle to disney - which we didn’t take because we went to disney sea which is only a 10 or so minute walk. This is not a luxury hotel by any means and is not in a location with many things around it. BUT if you need a place to sleep that’s clean and comfortable after a long day at disney this will do the job!

I wouldn’t stay here for an extended time except if doing multiple days of disney just because of the location - not near anything but disney

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Disney Sea and the mall. There is also a convenience store nearby. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel provided toiletries in the lobby, free to get as you need. They also privided free coffee which is a big plus! You can get your own from the coffee maker in the lobby. Vendo machines are available and there are 2 microwaves free to use. Also, the massage chair in the room is such a bonus for tired feet from Disney.

The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

We ate breakfast there every morning which was very convenient and tasty. We used the free shuttle to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Maihama station. We saw Disneyland fireworks from our window. There are vending machines in the lobby area and toiletries are available to take there as well. The foot massager in our room was a fun bonus. The workers were kind and helpful. We forwarded our luggage to our next destination with help from the front desk.

The beds and pillows were firmer than we are used to.

We stayed in a triple single room which was perfect for me, my husband and two year old son. The room side was manageable for the short stay we had there. There was a free shuttle bus in the morning to Disneyland and the train station. The foot massager in the room was actually heavenly after being at Disneyland all day. The bath and shower was hot. There’s free coffee in the lobby as lots of extra toiletries if you need them. They even put pajamas in your room which is sweet. There’s an option for buffet breakfast but we didn’t go for it so I can’t comment on that. It’s really not far from Disneyland / nearest station / the big shopping mall and it’s a lot cheaper than the other hotels near the theme parks.

Rooms are snug. We only had one suitcase between us all, but we also had a buggy and a toddler backpack. So there’s not much room for all these once you’re in the room!
