Large size room and bathroom. Decent power shower. Plenty of bathroom accessories, face masks, etc. Close to Disney line.

We had booked 3 nights and then added a 4th later on. First night had 3 beds, next day came back to find one bed had been taken down. Asked why at reception was told my booking was for 3 adults for one night, then 2 adults and 2 children. This was incorrect as I checked my booking when I got back to my room. After some discussion I was told the bed would be put back up and I wouldn't be charged extra. Bit annoyed having to waste my time at reception when it was the hotel that had made the error. Felt reception could have dealt with it better rather than trying to blame me for their booking error. Had breakfast there one day expensive but choice was ok. European and Japanese foods on buffet style tables.

Big spacious room, very close to Bayside station - you can either walk or take the shuttle bus. It is also one of the stops on the airport limousine to Tokyo Disney Resort

Loved the bathtub and spacious room

Their convenient store didn’t serve alcohol, but if you walk to the Hilton (2mins) there’s a Lawson for any goodies

The room (Delux - Non Smoking) was spacious and the bed was huge! It seemed larger than a king. The room gets crowded if they add an additional bed. We were 3 of us, 1 kid, and asked the hotel to remove the additional bed. We got the ocean view room which was nice saw a few couples getting married in the chapel of the hotel next door. We had 3 large bags and 3 small carryon. There wasn't enough space to stow the bags away so we lined them along the wall next to the bed. There was a small fridge and coffee make but no microwave in the room. The bathroom is very spacious, the only downside to having the toilet, shower and tub in the same room is only one can use it at a time. The tub is huge and the shower is decently spacious. The water pressure anywhere in Japan seems amazing. The toilet was good but the bidet did not work, we just thought the controls may have been disabled. If you are staying here to visit Disney then know that there is a convenient free bus service that goes to both parks and also the Maihama station. The busses are not as frequent and do not run as late as the Disney Resort Line. We booked a 3 day unlimited but other than the first day only used it twice a day to go to the park and get back to the hotel. It runs every 10 min whereas the bus is every 30 during the day and hourly later in the day and stops running at 10pm. If the bus timings and frequency works for you don't need to use the train to get to the parks. If you do use the train the hotel is right across from the bayside station a less than 5 min walk. We did not use any of the facilities, there is an currency exchange machine in the lobby but don't use it as the rates are not good but convenient to have in a hurry. There is a massage place weirdly located among rooms on one of the higher floors but it opens late at night and operates into the early morning. It must be popular as we could not get in for the 4 days we stayed.

The bed was huge but not very comfortable, the pillows were tiny and sucked too. We were so tired after our days at Disney that we still slept okay.

For reference: I booked the superior-non smoking room for my family of 4 for 3 nights. Pros: 1. The room was clean and spacious. 2. The bathroom was huge (for Japan standards). We LOVED soaking in the bathtub which filled up so fast. I loved the amenities in the bathroom. There was free face masks and other skin care products. 3. I requested for an additional bed but the hotel went above and beyond putting 4 beds. 4. Staff are all very helpful. 5. Loved the small Disney shop within the hotel. 6. There is a small pharmacy that sold the essentials. 7. Free shuttle bus to the train station and the station is literally a 5 minute walk away. 8. On the bottom floor there is a machine where you can rent power banks. 9. The water bottles where replenished everyday. 10. There was a nice little area in the lobby for children to sit and play/watch tv. 11. Budget friendly!

Cons: 1. There is no atm or money exchange machine. We had to go to the Sheralton to use the atm. 2. It would have been awesome if the hotel had a lawson like the Hilton does. 3. The beds are a bit hard.

Excellent location right opposite the Disney monorail and link to other Tokyo train services. Room was large and mostly comfortable. Even had a small balcony and the hotel lit up at night. Breakfast options of 'make your own' noodle soup (miso flavour only), congee and beef curry with rice were good - but everything else was cold.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We paid for breakfast, and the choice was large but very difficult to find hot options. Eggs were hardly cooked and cold. Most things were left out and therefore cold. I asked for a well done omelette and it was still runny inside - they have no concept of cooking eggs.

Our Superior room was very large, plenty of space and just perfect. We had a lovely view of the Bay. The bathroom was brilliant, so many amenities and above all the walk-in shower was excellent. Paid extra for the Buffet Breakfast which was worth every penny. The Hotel location was perfect for catching the Mono-rail to either of the Disney Parks - the station was across the street from the Hotel Entrance, and there was also a Shuttle provided. Staff were helpful when a wheelchair was needed.

Unfortunately the bed was a little too low and definitely too hard for us, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the beautiful room (hence a rating of 9 not 10) and wonderful hotel.

Terrific location on the Disney monorail. Huge room and ensuite which was unusual for our experience of Tokyo so far. Staff were unfailingly polite and friendly as is the Japanese way. Good buffet breakfast, Y3500 was a bit pricey but within the realms of normal. We didn't try the in-house restaurants as they looked very 'adult', which is a bit odd when the majority of guests are on holiday with their kids. We went to nearby Ikspiari centre instead, which had a huge range of eateries.

Slightly tired decor in the rooms. Also the TV wasn't smart so we only had Japanese content, which is a first-world problem I know, but after an exhausting day it would have been nice to chill. It's a Disney-affiliated hotel so we were thinking they'd at least be showing Disney Plus!

Great location for Disneyland parks, very short walk to the monorail which takes you to them. The room was quite large, and the bathroom was even bigger, with complementary toiletries, toothbrushes, hairbrush etc. Also had 2 types of robes and slippers. We were also able to open the balcony door ajar for fresh air and views across the bay. Limousine bus drops you at the door from Haneda airport.

There is no bar area to be in outside of your room. Food and drinks for takeaway can be purchased but there is nowhere particular to sit. The balcony door would only open ajar, which is great for fresh air but you could not go out onto the balcony.

Located right in the heart of the offical Disney hotels it’s literally across the road from the Monorail station that takes you to DisneyLand and DisneySea. The staff were excellent. So attentive, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a traditional Ryokan room to soak up the vibe of Japan rather than just a hotel room. So glad we did! Breakfast was very good with lots of choices for both Eastern and Western Pallets, plus a kids food table. Dinner was limited in choices for A La Carte.

Could be a couple of more choices for the A La Carte Menu in the restaurant.
