Large size room and bathroom. Decent power shower. Plenty of bathroom accessories, face masks, etc. Close to Disney line.

We had booked 3 nights and then added a 4th later on. First night had 3 beds, next day came back to find one bed had been taken down. Asked why at reception was told my booking was for 3 adults for one night, then 2 adults and 2 children. This was incorrect as I checked my booking when I got back to my room. After some discussion I was told the bed would be put back up and I wouldn't be charged extra. Bit annoyed having to waste my time at reception when it was the hotel that had made the error. Felt reception could have dealt with it better rather than trying to blame me for their booking error. Had breakfast there one day expensive but choice was ok. European and Japanese foods on buffet style tables.

Big spacious room, very close to Bayside station - you can either walk or take the shuttle bus. It is also one of the stops on the airport limousine to Tokyo Disney Resort

Their convenient store didn’t serve alcohol, but if you walk to the Hilton (2mins) there’s a Lawson for any goodies

Excellent location right opposite the Disney monorail and link to other Tokyo train services. Room was large and mostly comfortable. Even had a small balcony and the hotel lit up at night. Breakfast options of 'make your own' noodle soup (miso flavour only), congee and beef curry with rice were good - but everything else was cold.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We paid for breakfast, and the choice was large but very difficult to find hot options. Eggs were hardly cooked and cold. Most things were left out and therefore cold. I asked for a well done omelette and it was still runny inside - they have no concept of cooking eggs.

Great location for Disneyland parks, very short walk to the monorail which takes you to them. The room was quite large, and the bathroom was even bigger, with complementary toiletries, toothbrushes, hairbrush etc. Also had 2 types of robes and slippers. We were also able to open the balcony door ajar for fresh air and views across the bay. Limousine bus drops you at the door from Haneda airport.

There is no bar area to be in outside of your room. Food and drinks for takeaway can be purchased but there is nowhere particular to sit. The balcony door would only open ajar, which is great for fresh air but you could not go out onto the balcony.

- Size of our room was amazing! It actually felt spacious and comfortable. - While not being one of the official Disney hotels which give you Happy Entry, it is close enough that after a long day (or days) at the Disney parks, it is close enough where you don't dread the journey home. - Our room and the hotel in general felt clean and well maintained. - Bayside station which connects you to Disneyland, Disneysea and Maihama station, is a 5 minute walk away - There is a free shuttle bus which can take you to and from the station to the front of the hotel which is useful when you arrive and leave since the walk involves a short uphill section which isn't fun with luggage. - Staff were friendly and welcoming and speak English (we can't speak any Japanese) - Water pressure from the shower was strong (not a deal breaker but definitely something you appreciate after you experience the opposite)

We only book this hotel for the part of our holiday where we plan to visit the Disney parks. Its close enough that if you want to line up early for Disneyland or Disneysea, you can. However, I wouldn't recommend this being your base of operations for your whole Japan trip here as it takes 30mins - 1h to get back to this hotel from Tokyo Station (we did this a few times). It makes more sense be in a hotel closer to the city (preferably walking distance to a train station on the Yamanote line) if you're exploring Tokyo. At the end of a long day of exploring, the extra time to get home really adds up. But for the Disney part of your holiday, can definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff - the lady at the restaurant (Eiraku - please forgive me if I got your name wrong) was so helpful and accommodating. I requested a birthday cake for my son and Eiraku got it delivered (staff even sang happy birthday song while delivering the cake). She answered all my questions during the stay and provided lots of information to ensure we make the best out of our trip. Thank you so much, Eiraku!

More options for breakfast. It was decent but definitely can be improved. Offering shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea should also be considered as that’s the main reason people choose to stay in your area.

Chose to stay here due to the proximity to Disney - a 2 minute walk to the monorail station was perfect. This hotel is literally next door to the Toy Story Hotel. Room was very large which was a nice change from the size of the rooms in Tokyo city. Bathroom and shower were clean and included lots of amenities. There was a fridge and coffee station, dressing table, sofa. Only negative would be the comfort level of the beds, they were rather hard, but due to being so tired after visiting Disney we didn’t notice! Staff were friendly. Would stay here again!

Great location option for visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a large room after having a very small one in Tokyo. There was a small mini mart in the hotel lobby and a convenience store in the nearby Hilton.

The location is great for visiting Disneyland but there isn't much else in the area. If not driving or taking a cab, the train station is quite a ways away and only accessible via the Disney monorail. The beds were very firm, Not a lot of dining options other than nearby hotels.

I booked four bed room for my family of 4 and it did not disappoint. The hotel is dated but very comfortable. Like in all places in Japan, bed is firm but you can get a good night sleep after a busy theme park day. The bathroon is marble tiled, the staff reminded us upon checkin it might be slippery and had signs in the room as well and they had anti slip mat that you can use for you safety. The hotel is close to the Bayside monorail station to go to Disneyland and Disneysea (walking distance) They offer shuttle service to and from the Maihama train station to go to Tokyo. They offer luggage transfer to other hotel for a price. The staff can speak English and are always helpful. The best part is they were able to arrange a small cake for our wedding anniversary, again for a very affordable price. We all enjoyed it!

Limited affordable food options if you're staying in Tokyo Bay in general.. Lawson at Hilton hotel is within a walking distance from Okura.
