The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly lovely. The manager at the time went above and beyond for our family everyone greeted us with kindness.

You had to pay for everything even to use the pool. Everything was an additional payment and I really didn’t like this as it adds up for family’s. We chose this hotel purely because the pool and we weren’t aware that you had to pay to use it.

I give this place 5 stars for conveniently being located right across the Monorail and Tokyo Disney. My wife and I visited here from the U.S. and was the hotel choice for Star Wars Celebration 2025. The room was comfy and spacious, we had a 2 queen bed room that faced the monorail. There are a variety of amenities such as the cafe where you can grab breakfast and much needed coffee in the morning, and a buffet. The buffet food is phenomenal with a variety of foods to choose from but just be aware it's a bit pricey for Tokyo. The only complaint I had was prior to the trip I confirmed via email that Sagawa transport offered luggae transportation. Unfortunately on departure day when trying to have my luggage sent to Haneda airport, they told me they dont deliver there, which is odd for a tourist stop and not offering delivery service to one of the busiest airports. JAL also offers luggage delivery at the Sheraton, but at max 33 pounds per luggage. Again, not convenient as a tourist buying items and luggage that far exceed that weight limit. Just be aware ahead of time they are not luggage delivery friendly.

Not a hassle free luggage delivery service. Sagawa is very limited in its options compared to Yamato Transport

The hotel is conveniently located and is directly accessible to the parks via the tram at Bayside Station. There is also a shuttle bus directly to Maihama Station directly from the hotel. Staff were lovely and the onsite amenities very convenient.

There is an odd smell in the park wing, as well as in our room that we had to continuously air out, however you can't keep the windows open overnight due to mosquitoes. The Grand Cafe is also very overpriced for dinner services. Breakfast was fine, but we spent ¥20,000 on dinner on our last night there, and the options weren't worth the price so I wouldn't recommend. At check in, I was also surprised with a fee (albeit refundable) of ¥80,000. Not a big deal had I known about it beforehand, but I wasn't aware it existed until I arrived to check in, so that's something to be aware of.

We had such a great time! The food options were awesome, and we loved our room with the sea view. The breakfast buffet was huge, with a great mix of Western and Japanese food, and more. The coin-operated laundromat was also very useful. Our daughter had fun at the mini golf course, and the waterfall pond/pool was beautiful.. One of the best things about the hotel was how close it was to Disney – just a quick five-minute walk to the monorail, and they even had shuttles. The shuttle to Maihama Station was super convenient too for getting into the rest of Tokyo. And with the free luggage storage after we checked out and the airport limousine shuttle from Narita to the hotel, we were very happy and will definitely return

We didn’t have any help with the bags while checking in or checking out. We saw staff helping others with luggage during our stay.

This was a very comfortable hotel in a good location for those visiting the Disney parks. The rooms were huge by Japanese standards and well maintained and equipped. It is a two minute walk from the resort loop train and if you don’t want to do that short walk, you can take a free shuttle- useful if you have your bags with you. The food in the main restaurant is unexceptional and pretty expensive. The smaller Galleria cafe had a limited menu but was quite good and more reasonably priced. I would recommend taking the breakfast included option because we did not see anywhere nearby where you could have breakfast outside the hotel. The loop train works really well for getting to the parks.

The food wasn’t great at the buffet dinner - otherwise all good.

Location was great for our family of 6 to go to Disney Sea. We stayed at the Treasure Room and it fit our needs! Our daughter really loved the bunk bed. Both dinner and the breakfast buffet in the hotel was phenomenal, and the staff were professional, courteous and amazing. We couldn't get enough of the corn soup! I also really loved the kid section in the breakfast buffet where they can make their own cotton candy. I also liked the old school 8-bit NES console stations that they had set up in the lounge area for folks to play for free. The luggage service is right next to the lobby reception desk which made it super convenient for hotel to hotel transfers. They even provide complimentary shuttles to the stations making it easier for my elderly parents from having to walk too far.

My daughter really wanted to try the swimming pool, but it doesn't open until 10am and closes at 7pm (last entrance at 6pm), which was a bummer since we were hoping to try it either later in the evening or early morning before the 11am checkout. I also wished this hotel had the happy entry (15 min prior opening) to Disneyland or DisneySea but it did not.

I ask 4 beds I got 4 bed but I didn't like that all beds were together making a big bed .not just that the middle bed were not comfy they were shorter then the side bed ,and that breakfast not included other than that everything was excellent 👌 loved everything else

The hotel was spacious and well-equipped, with great family-friendly facilities like a play area and pool. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent for visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I recommend choosing the Park View room if you’re staying with a large family—it has four beds, which is very convenient. A big plus is the gift shop with Disney goodies, perfect if you want to buy a Mickey ear headband before entering the park or grab some gifts before you leave. There’s also a pharmacy on-site, which is very handy.

Although the Park View room has four beds, there wasn’t much extra space in the room. Some areas of the property could use a bit of updating.

Location was great for accessing Disney, and the price was pretty good for Tokyo. Having four beds was great. Ordered room service a couple times and it was surprisingly delicious. The proximity to the Disney train is SUPER close - they have a shuttle but was honestly faster to walk (literally across the street). Hotel was nice inside, food and restaurants were convenient since there isn't anything else around there except to eat inside Disney.

The extra two beds for the kids were rock hard - felt like a 1in cushion on top of plywood board. The breakfast (which we paid for ahead of time) was packed - and we almost didn't get to eat because of the cut off time and how long the line was. Ended up at a different breakfast place in the hotel (still a line), and it was just fine - nothing to write home about.

Stayed for a few nights to take advantage of the location as we’d booked tickets to both the Disney parks. It’s a short monorail trip to both so we could enjoy the buffet brekkie before heading off (it’s like, 5mins monorail ride to the parks!). Or you can just walk. The hotel is large and presents beautifully. Due to the freezing weather we could not utilise any of the outdoor utilities like the putt putt but there’s an arcade, indoor pool and spa. So, who cares about the weather right? The room had ocean views and one morning we were surprised to see Mt Fuji on the horizon from our room! Stunning! The room itself is big (in Japan standards), for me, my wife and child and very comfortable.

I couldn’t utilise my Platinum Amex benefits during my stay simply because I didn’t use it to book the room, which was a pity. The Yakiniku restaurant is very very good, but expensive. Paid $400 for dinner, and after travelling another 3 weeks through Japan after this visit, found higher quality Yakiniku (Kobe/Wagyu) restaurants for literally half the price.
