The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly lovely. The manager at the time went above and beyond for our family everyone greeted us with kindness.

You had to pay for everything even to use the pool. Everything was an additional payment and I really didn’t like this as it adds up for family’s. We chose this hotel purely because the pool and we weren’t aware that you had to pay to use it.

Everything was very good ,service, maintenance, room very clean love the toilet wash , people very polite, loved the view of the rooms the other location ,loved how the bus pick you at the door and trop you to train station and bus bring you back in the door hotel door .I really recommend it .I Will go back 😁

I ask 4 beds I got 4 bed but I didn't like that all beds were together making a big bed .not just that the middle bed were not comfy they were shorter then the side bed ,and that breakfast not included other than that everything was excellent 👌 loved everything else

Location was great for accessing Disney, and the price was pretty good for Tokyo. Having four beds was great. Ordered room service a couple times and it was surprisingly delicious. The proximity to the Disney train is SUPER close - they have a shuttle but was honestly faster to walk (literally across the street). Hotel was nice inside, food and restaurants were convenient since there isn't anything else around there except to eat inside Disney.

The extra two beds for the kids were rock hard - felt like a 1in cushion on top of plywood board. The breakfast (which we paid for ahead of time) was packed - and we almost didn't get to eat because of the cut off time and how long the line was. Ended up at a different breakfast place in the hotel (still a line), and it was just fine - nothing to write home about.

Stayed for a few nights to take advantage of the location as we’d booked tickets to both the Disney parks. It’s a short monorail trip to both so we could enjoy the buffet brekkie before heading off (it’s like, 5mins monorail ride to the parks!). Or you can just walk. The hotel is large and presents beautifully. Due to the freezing weather we could not utilise any of the outdoor utilities like the putt putt but there’s an arcade, indoor pool and spa. So, who cares about the weather right? The room had ocean views and one morning we were surprised to see Mt Fuji on the horizon from our room! Stunning! The room itself is big (in Japan standards), for me, my wife and child and very comfortable.

I couldn’t utilise my Platinum Amex benefits during my stay simply because I didn’t use it to book the room, which was a pity. The Yakiniku restaurant is very very good, but expensive. Paid $400 for dinner, and after travelling another 3 weeks through Japan after this visit, found higher quality Yakiniku (Kobe/Wagyu) restaurants for literally half the price.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the parks and convenient transport on the resort liner. The room was basic but comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four, including two tweens. The hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated having access to the laundry, pool, and kids' play area. Overall, the hotel was well-maintained and offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel felt a bit pricey given its age and basic room. While the staff were lovely, we were surprised that the Sheraton couldn’t assist with transferring our luggage to another hotel which was only across the road when it was time for us to move. We managed to handle the bags ourselves with the help of the friendly staff. It would be great if this service could be offered in the future.

If you wish to visit Disneyland and DisneySea, then this luxurious hotel is perfect for a couple or a family. A free shuttle bus is provided to take you to Maihama Station which is then a short walk to both Disney resorts. Or you can catch the free Mickey Mouse bus from the hotel which takes you to Bayside station where you catch the Disney monorail straight to either resort. The Buffet Breakfast at the hotel is absolutely delicious with plenty of choice to fill you up for a day at one of the Disney resorts. The hotel has a lovely range of Disney merchandise.

The room 'Ocean dream' was amazing. Huge, balcony, view of sunset and Mt Fuji, comfortable squishy beds, easy to operate toilet. The standard room was also good with a view of the Disney attractions from a distance including the nighttime fireworks. The breakfast buffet (included) was very good, lots of options for all tastes, even a fairy floss machine!

The evening meal options could have been better for us. There was a convenience shop that sells noodle cups and sandwiches, or there was an expensive buffet. In between was a four item a'la'carte menu. What I think the Sheraton needs is either a pizza option or a sushi train option, or both. Something where you can eat as much as you need without paying 7000 yen ($70 AUD) for a buffet banquet, and get something a little more substantial than 360 yen sandwiches or a 2300 yen noodle bowl. We ended up getting McDonalds off-site.

This was directly across from bayside station (Disney monorail) so it was an easy walk to transfer to the theme parks and the Mahaima train station. It was also very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

They had a good amount of places to eat but the restaurants they had were mostly booked so you couldn't eat last minute so most of the late night options had to resort to the buffet that closed around 10:30. There was nothing open late in walking distance so you were pretty much out of luck if you wanted something like late night ramen in walking distance.

Location for Disney was perfect. Room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was very generous. All very clean. Good view over the bay.

Dinner was booked out the night of our arrival. Not many western family friendly options so ended up doing room service. Breakfast on the second day was so busy that we waited for 30 minutes for a table and were then told that they wouldn’t be able to serve us before buffet closes (this was at 9am, breakfast closed at 10am) so we missed breakfast the second day. Their buffet didn’t seem to have the capacity to serve all patrons who paid for it.
