Service is excellent! Front desk staff spoke English and helped me with finding the bus route that I needed. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful when we needed something. Our family of 5 were very comfortable in the size of room. Our beds were great! I woke up rested and refreshed every morning. I was surprised because I usually struggle to get a good sleep when I stay at hotels. Two convenience stores nearby. The shuttles were awesome, to and from the Disney parks. The area was quiet, great for families with young children. Our expectations were definitely met!

The hotel is in a quiet area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good selection of breakfast items served from 06:00. Very helpful staff. The hotel is a short walk from a convenience store, and within walking distance of the Shin Urayasu railway station. A taxi from the station to the hotel is around ¥600 (April 2025). Reception staff will book a taxi from the hotel if you require one. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea, and the rail station for Disney is only one stop from Shin Urayasu station, so the hotel location is very convenient for anyone visiting the Disney parks. Rail links into central Tokyo are easy, and the rail line also goes to Makuhari Messe, which was the location for this year’s Star Wars Celebration event.

We had no complaints, it was a very good hotel and location. The only improvement might be if they could offer an evening restaurant, as there is currently only a breakfast service.

We booked this hotel with the plan to visit Disneyland and disneysea for the first days in Japan. It was much cheaper than other options around and has relatively next (15min walking) few options for restaurant and shopping. Breakfast (sweet) was the best we had in 3 weeks in Japan considering multiple hotels at the same level. The bus to get to Disney was very appreciated but crowded at nifht to return. Shoes dryer was much appreciated (we got wet from Disney due to the rain and I only had a pair of sneakers with me). Check-in and checkout was pretty fast.

Rooms in Japan are always small, we had difficulty to open two big luggage here. Bus stop also to the subway station but it runs so rarely that you'll not use it, if not in the early morning once.

The facilities and shuttle busses to Disney

Not the fault of the staff. There was a school group (or boys baseball team?) staying at the hotel at the same time as us on the same level. The boys LITERALLY ran up and down the level 6 hallways and made lots of noise (including knocking loudly on all doors, yelling, running up and down the hallway) throughout the corridor and elevator, up until 11pm at night. They started banging on doors and making lots of noise in the hallway again at 5:30 in the morning. I felt really bad for a lady who had a baby with her on the same floor, as I got no sleep because of this. Their teachers (or coaches?) were there and did nothing to control the noise level of the boys.

Room is big for Japanese standards, very clean, beds are confortable, wi-fi is good. There is shampoo, soap and hair conditioner, pijamas and much more. Breakfast is various: from traditional Japanese food to continental breakfast. There is a machine for dryibg shors in the room. The hotel also sells food and umbrellas. Excellent if you want to visit Disneyland.

We spent 2 rainy days here. Besides AC there is also a machine for extracting humidity from the room. Nevertheless there was a very bad smell of humidity in the room. The free shutlle to Disneyland is only available in the morning.

We had a very comfortable stay at this ibis Styles location - I was able to easily walk to and access the Keiyo train line for my event at Makuhari Messe, while my friends took advantage of the free shuttle to Disneyland and Disney Sea. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, the deep ofuro (bathtub) in our bathroom was wonderful for our tired legs. We included breakfast in our reservation and the morning spread of both western and Japanese breakfast options was so impressive, we ate well every morning. We also took advantage of the luggage transport service Airporter, which picked up our suitcases from the hotel lobby and delivered them to Narita airport for our departure. Staff was all very helpful and many of them speak English quite well.

Everything about our stay was great, if there was just 1 thing to nitpick about it's that they offer a coin laundry in the hotel but only have 2 machines which were quite busy throughout our stay. The dryers were also not very efficient and after an hour of dry time many of our clothing items still required to be hung to dry out completely.

Clean hotel and has shuttle bus to Disneyland.

It is far from the nearest train station and the shuttle services ends too early.

Provided Shuttle bus to Disney; 10min walk from ShinUrayasu station w limousine bus stop to airports ; train station near mall great for shopping. Easy check in and out; friendly staff; washing machine available, clean beddings and good sized toilet. Liked that the room allowed for bigger groups of travellers. We were a group of 6, so booked a room” large enough for 8”. Had enough flow space to open 3 medium luggage bags. Toilet n shower were separated by an inner door

Website stated room was for 8 (5 adult+3 child) but in reality it can hardly sleep us 6 (3 adult+3 children with 2 single-sized bunk beds, and 1 single bed) . Upper bunk also had awkward headroom due to an overhanging beam at the head of the bed. Child bumped head twice. When giving feedback to front desk, the response was for each bunk bed to take 1 adult+1 child… on a single…. To fit 8…. Luckily we had 2 under-7 kids Book this room only if your kids are slim, love to cuddle, and don’t kick while sleeping. Dryers were not efficient in drying the clothes. For a machine full load 30min; the dryer instructions stated putting 6 clothing items to dry for 30min. The bunk beds were good for hanging the washing to set though.

Affordable alternative accommodation to Disneyland hotels. 15-20 mins walk from Shin-Urayasu station and Aeon mall. Around 6-10 mins walk from 7-11 Konbini. Ibis Styles hotel was family friendly. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. We like that there's no bath and there's a ceiling shower head. Breakfast was good with lots of options for kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a free bus shuttle to and from Disneyland and Urayasu train station but only run on limited times. The bus is first come first serve and when the bus gets full, you won't be able to hop on (especially if it's the last time slot). We ended up just taking the taxi to and from Disneyland (¥2,500)

The toilet walls and walls next to the sink in the bathroom are dirty with splashes of maybe urine (in toilet) and toothpaste splashes in the sink. The curtain in the living room had a spot of black stains/ moulds? The channels on the TV are limited to Japanese local channels and Disney channel. No option to use netflix or youtube on the TV.

The breakfast was absolutely superb and beyond expectations!!

It’s a bit misleading to say that the hotel is within walking distance to Shin Uruyasu JR station. You need to take bus#17 from the south exit. Bus trip takes around 5 minutes. It will be good to have more shuttle busses before 7am considering the fact that the rides at Fantasy Springs are only accessible if you manage to get a standby pass or purchase Disney premium Access which is very very costly in my opinion. The queue is already very long even when we arrived at 7:30am
