The room was super spacious and the staff were really helpful, especially as English speakers. There is a convenience store on the bottom level that is open 24 hours, a breakfast buffet, and a shuttle bus that has great hours that will take you straight to Disneyland/DisneySea. For attending the parks it was so convenient and would definitely recommend. Extremely kid friendly as well for those who are bringing children

Compared to other stays in Japan, our room was huge. Loved the extra amenities in the room, and we had a great view. The Disney shuttle was the reason for the location, and it was a relief to have a day off from public transportation.

Would really have loved an option for coffee in room (even instant would have been okay). The breakfast buffet was crazy (great/diverse options), but one of the most expensive meals we had during our entire trip in Japan—including meals at Disney. Our cheap budget hotel we stayed at earlier in the week offered complimentary noodles and coffee, and that was appreciated.

Maybe a little more flexibility around check in times. Whilst I understand the Japanese are all about punctuality it was a little over kill after we had waited 1hr for check in, to be told to wait 60 more seconds to hand over the keys at reception 1:59pm and they stood and watched the seconds on their watch. Lovely enough and great to be able to speak 2 languages but it was very limited although we were greatful that they could

Friendly staff. Great amenities in the hotel. Convenience store inside the hotel was so handy. Free shuttle to and from Disneyland was great. Family room was decent size and great having a balcony with a good view out to the ocean. Wasn't able to use the public bath as we have tattoos but no big deal. If i had to find a con it would be the dinner menu at the restaurant. Not much options to pick from. But the buffet breakfast was good. Overall a great stay when wanting somewhere close to Disneyland/Sea, would stay here again.

This was the perfect hotel for a family. The room had 4 beds and everything we needed. My 2 year old loved the kids area in the lobby. The shuttle to Disney made life easy! Everything was great!

The only thing I didn't really like is how there wasn't anything else close by except other hotels I understand it's a resort area but the train/metro station was pretty far from the hotel and there wasn't too many other things in walking distance especially during the hot part of the year. Life would have been easier if I planned for a getting a Suica/Pasmo card but there was a shortage in Japan when I arrived. Everytime I wasn't doing anything Disney, I had to pay for a cab to get to the train/metro station. If I stayed again, I would plan for a Suica/Pasmo so I can easily take the bus to the train/metro station.

The family room with four single beds suited our family and the little kids corner near the lobby was an added bonus that my 4yo loved! The gacha room and onsite Lawsons were also pretty cool and the hotel had a free shuttle straight to the Disney resorts (15-20 minutes).

We had a balcony room but it backed onto a loud soccer field which was very loud both Friday night and Saturday morning. We opened the sliding door (with the fly screen still closed) for fresh air and ended up with multiple mosquitoes in the room which made the whole experience very uncomfortable as we all woke up with bites. Staff were not very friendly and didn’t have great communication.

The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. They gave us fresh towels and a fresh pair of pajamas every day. The Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel was open 24 hrs, and it had good food, beverages, snacks, to purchase - very much like 7-11. The Disney shuttle bus was very convenient. They have a Disney shuttle bus chart with the drop-off and pick-up times, no reservation needed, and it's free. There was a water fountain on our floor to refill your water at your convenience, and also a vending machine for drinks if you wanted to purchase some drinks. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland and also conveniently located to the bus stop for public transport. We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

The Narita Limousine Bus picks up passengers at this hotel. Just be mindful that you do need to make a reservation online and pay the fee beforehand. Although the rooms are clean, they need a little bit of paint touch-up to make it pretty again. This is a big hotel and it's divided into separate wings, so maybe this might not be the case for the other rooms.

1) Free Shuttle - I love that the hotel has a shuttle to take us to Disney Resorts! It was very convenient to use. Our commute is hassle-free. 2) Staff -The staff are also helpful in answering our inquiries. 3) Clean towels every day! - We decided to not have our room serviced on some days and we were surprised to see that replacement towels were neatly left inside a clean container in front of our hotel room! We were glad to see this because other hotels will not replace your towels unless requested. It is such a great feeling to use fresh towels after a day's activities, especially in summer! 4) Convenience store - If you go hungry, there's a convenience store on the 1st floor where you can buy your food and heat it up also using microwaves. 5) View - we had a great view of the bay. 6) Unlimited supply of toothbrushes and others. You can find them in front of the elevators so you can take some before you head back to your room. 7) There are pajamas on top of your beds for you to use just in case you want to use the public bath on the top floor.

The bathroom is not updated but we don't care. The location, staff, and hospitality make the stay worthwhile.

The family room was so spacious, it fit 3 adults and a toddler comfortably, and it was lovely having the balcony to see the sea. Plenty of amenities in the room, and the children play area in the lobby was great for our toddler. Having a convenience store on site was very useful, and it was always fully stocked. Great location for Disney, and the car park had ample places to park.

The pillows were very hard with beads in them, so was a little uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was a little misleading. We thought there would be more bakery/western style breakfast, but there was only a small section for normal bread, and then some bacon. The rest of the breakfast was typical foods you would eat for lunch or dinner, and I feel the price was a bit too much for it.

Everything. Beautiful structure. Aesthetically pleasing. Light and airy room, generous size, big balcony facing Tokyo Bay, super clean room, towels. It made everything easy for us. Lawson at the ground floor. I cannot think of one thing I didn’t like. The staff members were all polite, helpful, friendly. I like that the hotel was quiet even though there were a lot of cute kids there (Disney being next door). I love running along Tokyo Bay. I love the onsen. Check in and check out were a breeze. Mitsui Garden Hotel reflected the traits I deeply admire in the Japanese people: polite, pristine, punctual. Thank you Mitsui. We will be back.
