The room was super spacious and the staff were really helpful, especially as English speakers. There is a convenience store on the bottom level that is open 24 hours, a breakfast buffet, and a shuttle bus that has great hours that will take you straight to Disneyland/DisneySea. For attending the parks it was so convenient and would definitely recommend. Extremely kid friendly as well for those who are bringing children

Compared to other stays in Japan, our room was huge. Loved the extra amenities in the room, and we had a great view. The Disney shuttle was the reason for the location, and it was a relief to have a day off from public transportation.

Would really have loved an option for coffee in room (even instant would have been okay). The breakfast buffet was crazy (great/diverse options), but one of the most expensive meals we had during our entire trip in Japan—including meals at Disney. Our cheap budget hotel we stayed at earlier in the week offered complimentary noodles and coffee, and that was appreciated.

The hotel had a free bus shuttle to and from Disney SEA and Disneyland. The staff will give you a print-out of the timetable for the bus ride and sure enough it will be on time. The hotel also had a Natural Lawson and some gachapon machines at the lobby, very convenient. They also have a bath at the top level with specific time, separated to male and female. Laundry(coin-operated and first-come, first-serve) best to go late at night, and microwave(also outside the Lawson). You can also help yourself to free toiletries at the lobby elevator area(combs, shaving kit, q-tips, toothbrush). I enjoyed walking around wearing the hotel-provided PJs. They have manga/manhwa near the bath place. There is a children's area opposite the front desk, water station and seats for waiting in the lobby. Also, if you want change for your 10k yen just approach the front desk and they will gladly change to 1k's etc. I recommend 3 days and 2 nights.

I refuse to say anything I didn't like because there was nothing to not like about the place. I was there on vacation and I got my money's worth. Even if I don't like something, I wouldn't make a big deal out of it if I can handle it.

Beautiful facility with friendly staff and excellent service. Huge room, especially by Japan standards, with comfortable beds and extra amenities, like mini-fridge in room, slippers and nightwear provided, large balcony, etc. Communal hot baths on the 7th floor were so nice and relaxing (ocean view was a plus, as well) and became a nightly treat. Excellent breakfast buffet, plus microwaves on every guest floor and a 24-hour Lawson's on property. Definitely none of the nickel and diming you often see in chain resort hotels. Free, direct shuttles to Disney parks were plentiful and easy. Will absolutely seek out Mitsui Garden hotels for any future Japan travel.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Wish I could have stayed for more than three nights.

Maybe a little more flexibility around check in times. Whilst I understand the Japanese are all about punctuality it was a little over kill after we had waited 1hr for check in, to be told to wait 60 more seconds to hand over the keys at reception 1:59pm and they stood and watched the seconds on their watch. Lovely enough and great to be able to speak 2 languages but it was very limited although we were greatful that they could

Friendly staff. Great amenities in the hotel. Convenience store inside the hotel was so handy. Free shuttle to and from Disneyland was great. Family room was decent size and great having a balcony with a good view out to the ocean. Wasn't able to use the public bath as we have tattoos but no big deal. If i had to find a con it would be the dinner menu at the restaurant. Not much options to pick from. But the buffet breakfast was good. Overall a great stay when wanting somewhere close to Disneyland/Sea, would stay here again.

This was the perfect hotel for a family. The room had 4 beds and everything we needed. My 2 year old loved the kids area in the lobby. The shuttle to Disney made life easy! Everything was great!

The only thing I didn't really like is how there wasn't anything else close by except other hotels I understand it's a resort area but the train/metro station was pretty far from the hotel and there wasn't too many other things in walking distance especially during the hot part of the year. Life would have been easier if I planned for a getting a Suica/Pasmo card but there was a shortage in Japan when I arrived. Everytime I wasn't doing anything Disney, I had to pay for a cab to get to the train/metro station. If I stayed again, I would plan for a Suica/Pasmo so I can easily take the bus to the train/metro station.

The family room with four single beds suited our family and the little kids corner near the lobby was an added bonus that my 4yo loved! The gacha room and onsite Lawsons were also pretty cool and the hotel had a free shuttle straight to the Disney resorts (15-20 minutes).

We had a balcony room but it backed onto a loud soccer field which was very loud both Friday night and Saturday morning. We opened the sliding door (with the fly screen still closed) for fresh air and ended up with multiple mosquitoes in the room which made the whole experience very uncomfortable as we all woke up with bites. Staff were not very friendly and didn’t have great communication.

The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. They gave us fresh towels and a fresh pair of pajamas every day. The Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel was open 24 hrs, and it had good food, beverages, snacks, to purchase - very much like 7-11. The Disney shuttle bus was very convenient. They have a Disney shuttle bus chart with the drop-off and pick-up times, no reservation needed, and it's free. There was a water fountain on our floor to refill your water at your convenience, and also a vending machine for drinks if you wanted to purchase some drinks. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland and also conveniently located to the bus stop for public transport. We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

The Narita Limousine Bus picks up passengers at this hotel. Just be mindful that you do need to make a reservation online and pay the fee beforehand. Although the rooms are clean, they need a little bit of paint touch-up to make it pretty again. This is a big hotel and it's divided into separate wings, so maybe this might not be the case for the other rooms.

The family room was so spacious, it fit 3 adults and a toddler comfortably, and it was lovely having the balcony to see the sea. Plenty of amenities in the room, and the children play area in the lobby was great for our toddler. Having a convenience store on site was very useful, and it was always fully stocked. Great location for Disney, and the car park had ample places to park.

The pillows were very hard with beads in them, so was a little uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was a little misleading. We thought there would be more bakery/western style breakfast, but there was only a small section for normal bread, and then some bacon. The rest of the breakfast was typical foods you would eat for lunch or dinner, and I feel the price was a bit too much for it.
