Free shuttle to and from the Disney parks was great. The lounge with free soft drinks and hot water was amazing The laundry facilities were working perfectly They kindly held our luggage after checkout until we got back from Disney sea If you're travels (Google maps) tells you to take the bus for the last leg, and you have larger luggage... This line is OK with luggage on the bus. We didn't think it was ok so we walked from the train station to the hotel and trust me... Unhappy and tired family isn't what you want for a Disney vacation lol. Taking the city bus to and from the train station to hotel is a great option. If making this trip again, I'd personally book a hotel closer to or inside Tokyo... It's just 20-30 min train ride away. We can control how early we wanted to get to the parks (for fantasy springs entrance). Nothing again this fine hotel!

Both of the bunk bed mattresses were extremely thin on top. We could feel each spring while laying down.

Kids liked bank bed . Bathtub and wash part in the Bathroom is separate. Onsen spa is opposite of the hotel and convenience store was next to the hotel. Reception staff was very kind. Amenity was help yourself style. It is minimum but comfortable for short stay.

I think direction of the bus stop wasn’t clear on website. I had to ask bus driver where to get off. It would be nice if hotel told us the actual name of bus stop to get off. There was no name of bus stop called ‘bayside hotel area ‘ which mentioned on their website. You need to get off at the Hyatt hotel bus stop. Pillow was firm and high for kids. I wouldn’t probably stay longer than 2 nights. It was perfect stay for one night.

Great location with free shuttles to and from Disney. Rooms were simple and clean. Bathroom was bigger than most other Japanese hotel bathrooms. Parking was very convenient. There were many restaurants and combini nearby for food options. Great late check out - not until noon!

To get to the hotel you have to take the train to Shin- Uruyasu Station and head out to the main exit and go to the bus station in front of a mall. The bus station you are looking for to align is beipaku which at least 3 buses route covers them. Align the bus you will have walk a short distance to the hotel It feels like a safe neighbourhood to walk. There is free shuttle bus to disneyland. The room was spacious. The toiletries in the bathroom are the good quality ones and they provide pyjamas for the guests. I also love the fact that they have shoes dryer and deodorant spray in the room. On the way to the hotel our shoes got wet and stinky and the spray and shoes dryer saved our day.

The short walking distance to the hotel can be hellish if you are not dressed to the weather, it was really cold and windy and the wind was blowing my luggage away. It was a funny experience than anything. The packages are usually no breakfast inclusive but it is okay.

Good location for Disney parks, good room, nothing special.

Compared to other hotels in Japan this one is a bit less but still very good! It is cheaper than the hotels next to Disneyland and offers just a breakfast take away box, not a real breakfast.

The parking lot in from of the hotel was large. Also free drink bar is available from 14pm-23pm after check in. I guess most of the people who stay here is for TDR, so check in after the park close will be very crowded around 21-22:30pm? Check out can be done just return the room key into the box.

Not especially, maybe it took time for checking in. For my case 20 mins? But the receptionist was nice, quick explanation.

Absolutely amazing property. Staff were very helpful hotel was very clean the free drinks between 2 pm and midnight were great shop nearby and microwaves in the lounge area so you can buy food and cook it. Will definitely be back!

Very clean, Japanese style bath. Shuttle bus driver was very catering .

The location was further than I thought. Breakfast was just a packed lunch, choice between rice balls or sandwiches. Better not to get a breakfast including option, convenience store is 1min away with great options.

Very good hotel, with all facilities provided. We stayed in a 3-bedder. Booked for 1night then extended twice. The space in the room is a bit restricted and no breakfast, but everything else is great. Toiletries provided for to be picked from level 1. The other facilities in the hotel are great like a lounge with unlimited soft drinks n soups, laundry, and shuttle to Disneyland and to nearest train station. They also let us extend by an hour for free.

I wish they gave us more pillows, we had two beds and two pillows. I didn’t sleep well, but it was fine. Not a lot of Taxis in the area.
