The hotel is right next to Magome station, so it is very convenient and close to everything. It also has direct access to Narita Airport in a single ride on a train without the need to change the line, which is a real plus for travellers with bulky luggage. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. Apart from English, some staff members also speak Vietnamese, which is my first language. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back again on my next visit. What I like most is that the 24-hour Cocos family restaurant is right next to the hotel.

The thong/sleeper provided by the hotel is not 'waterproof', so if you wear it and have a shower, the water will soak into it and will not dry overnight, which is rather annoying. I recommend that the hotel provides waterproof thong/sleeper (made of rubber or plastic) so it will not soak water and can dry quickly after shower.

I love that the hotel is literally just seconds away from Magome Station; it was very convenient. We only stayed for one night as we had booked an Airbnb for the following dates. The room was a bit small for two people with 24-inch luggage each, but I liked that they provided an air purifier/humidifier in the room to help make it feel less stuffy. The bed was firm, but in a good way. I've never liked soft beds. The pillows were firm too, and I liked that. The staff, though not highly proficient in English, were incredibly helpful. We had no trouble communicating with them to request an iron and ironing board.

The single room was more spacious then it looked in the picture, and everything was clean. There is also multiple vending machines in and outside the hotel, there's also a 24 hour restaurant connected to the hotel and a convenient store opposite the hotel. The hotel is also next to the subway station, I was able to go to Shibuya, Akibahara and other points of interest within 20 minutes or less.

The bathroom is a abit small so might be uncomfortable far bigger or taller people.

Great location and convenience. It was very easy to visit where I needed to go. The fact that the underground railway station was just beneath the hotel was more than expected.

The desk was a bit too small and there was no shelf to store my stuff. I needed to have breakfast and dinner in the room and store my clothes

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. And I am really glad he did. There were unexpected touches of Japanese hospitality that are above and beyond expectations. And the best secret was a Japanese interpretation of a European ‘bakery’ cafe located around the corner which was perfect for breakfast.

The hotel was well located next to the subway, if a little difficult for me to find on the first try. It is located off an elevated section of the roadway, so getting the right subway exit is important. My best recommendation to improve customer experience is clear instructions from the property on how to find the hotel from the airport/s on booking confirmation and again prior to arrival.

Very close from the station and bus stop. Liked the breakfast service. Had a bathtub in my room. Had a good view from a window. Facility is a bit old but clean.

Room was a bit small, if you need to work and use notebook, table is small.

Breakfast was included, a paper voucher for each morning we stayed. It's a self-service buffet with quite a few options, including a waffle maker with green tea and plain mix options. There were a few different cold and hot drink machines too, and an impressive selection of leaf tea (white peach, many green teas, earl grey, rooibos stood out) so hopefully something to suit most people's tastes. The room was nice although a bit cramped around the bed. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable -- they were much firmer than I expected, compared to the last hotel I stayed at with big very soft pillows. Here you just get one small, dense pillow, but I slept like a log every night except the first, putting that down to jet lag. Shower was plastic and creaked under foot but worked really well, and the toilet... well let's just say it does more for you than I expected, and makes European toilets look like stone age technology. A cotton/polyester yukata robe was provided and replaced/washed every night. No clothes iron but you could request one at the desk. Staff were friendly and spoke enough English for our purposes, although I would strongly recommend learning basic Japanese before arriving because they speak quickly in shops and COVID masks (still a thing in Japan at the moment) make it hard to hear speech clearly.

No USB charging slots which was a pity, but they provided a travel adapter that I could plug a UK-type charger into. It would be nice to have integrated USB ports in the rooms and not worry about travel adaptors etc. A gym/pool/steam room would be great but asking a lot for this price range. There was some kind of massage rooms next to the lobby but none of us tried it. No room safe, but it just doesn't seem to be a big deal in Japan. Rooms used physical keys rather than cards. This meant only one key per room, with a bulky plastic attachment. We'd just hand them in at reception when going out and they recognised us and immediately handed them back whenever we returned... this might not be practical in busier times.

Location is amazing. The hotel is right on the top of train station. Like underground level is train and level 1 is Hotel. Super convenient.

Bathroom size is like a train bathroom size or even smaller.

Good location, less traffic than other parts of Tokyo. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The key was a little awkward, but it's not the first hotel that I've experienced with this style key and was not a bother
