The location was great with a 6-7 minutes walk to Oimachi station which connected to the major wards easily! THREE’s place was also next to many restaurants, shopping complexes and a neighbouring FamilyMart - which was so convenient. I found checkin to be a breeze since I already pre-filled all the guests’ details beforehand. The apartment was extremely spacious and had basically everything you need for a comfortable stay - small kitchen, laundry and dryer! The bathroom was massive with both a shower head and bath. Internet speed was stable and fast. Lastly, THREE was so kind and responsive, we forgot our magnets at the apartment but they kindly shipped them back to us. The extra care and professionalism to us was very much appreciated - thank you so much!

Something to improve in the future is implementing a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ or YouTube would be really nice! :))

A short walk from the station. The space was big and very clean.

The check in process was a bit odd as you would have to check in on the tablet at the entrance, and no flexibility in check in time. However, we were able to find a coin locker and go about our day. There are many coin lockers spread out in different levels of the station.

- Near Haneda airport. We arrive midnight, cost us aud$50 for taxi - Near Oimachi station. There’s a limo bus there too which we use going back to the airport - Hotel is new and clean. Same as the picture. - Very quiet neighborhood - Checkin is seamless even if self serve. I had fill in our details in advance

Bed is a bit stiff for my liking maybe thats how Japanese bed are Overall, we enjoy our stay in the hotel.

The place was big enough for my family. It only had 4 beds so my son had to sleep in the couch. The location was great. Loved the big window. It’s easy access to train station and local shops. We will be staying in a few more times during our trip.

Beds were small. The instructions for hot water were confusing, one area near kitchen said don’t thought button for hot water and then in another area on the booking instruction email it said to turn it on. I had to press the button in kitchen otherwise there was no hot water. I couldn’t get the sink water to get hot water.

nice location and was very clean

it took us a while to understand how to access the property. we arrived late at night and the check in was all electronic. that was fine but we did not see the Wi-Fi link, so I used my roaming to get the door key code. then we could not work out how to open the apartment door and there was no one who could help us. ( not even by phone ) after about 15 mins of trying we eventually worked it out. going forward it would help to send out details in advance if the state of how the check in works, inc where to find the Wi-Fi code, to make it easier to follow and understand.

The place was amazing and had everything needed to have dinner as a family. It had coffee, water bottles that were nice and cold in the refrigerator. The place was spacious bigger than anything you could get in center of Tokyo. It was beyond our expectations.

Directions from train station to the apartment could be more clear we walked up and down the stairs and went on different alleyway. Once we arrived we were able to get our bearings and noticed an easier way to get to and from the station. One nice thing that could be added is a guide to let us know what are recommended restaurants nearby, closest supermarket, etc.

Nice and comfortable little appartment with many commodities (washing machine !). Good location too with many shops and restaurants around, although not central. Staff is very responsive on the chat (we asked for curtains for a window in the room and it was sealed the next day).

No reception desk so no possibility to leave the luggage before check-in or after check out. The nearby street is quite noisy with many ambulances with loud sirens passing by occasionally. The room was not dark enough for us (very luminous exit sign that we had to cover, and a small window without curtains).

This place was absolutely fantastic. Really clean, well decorated and equipped. Slippers,coffee, basic cookware is provided. There is an elevator to carry luggage. Location is central and easy to shops/restaurants and subway. The room is spacious unlike any other hotels in Japan.

They are pretty strict about check in time, can't even check in 5mins prior to 16.00.

A modern and generously proportioned room, comfortable beds, fantastic bathroom, and toilet facilities. The ability to wash and dry clothes with space to prepare food was appreciated, too. Great supermarkets nearby for those who prefer to prepare food themselves. Good location, well linked for travel to Tokyo, Ebisu, etc. a very short walk to Oimachi Station. I'd definitely recommend Three 👌

Waiting to check in for the strict 4pm start felt like torture with nowhere to escape the oppressive heat, but that had more to do with how tired we were when we'd arrived.

Oimachi is a great place to stay if you want to get away from busy areas like Shibuya. It has great ammenities, the locals are friendly and helpful and it's only one stop from transport hubs like Shinagawa and Osaki stations.

The 4pm checkin time is very inconvenient. We arrived at Narita in the early morning and made our way to Shinagawa station on the Narita Express and planned to store our luggage there in a locker. However, there were no free lockers and all luggage storage options in Shinagawa and Oimachi were full. This meant we had limited options other than carry our bags around for almost 5 hours until the checkin time. We essentially lost one of our days allocated to Tokyo. Also, given there are no staff on the premises whatsoever, it is not possible to drop your luggage at the hotel.
