We are very thankful to the staff at the counter. i left a set of souvenirs at the front desk as i was in a hurry to go out for dinner with my friends i didnt even reply the counter front staff question about room numbr etc and simply leave and run off . I totally forgot about the souvenirs that until 4 days later. As the girl who help me to store my items was not around and the rest of the staff is clueless what i am looking for, But they told me to go back to my room and rest and to give them 15mins to look for my item. They found my items witnin 15 mins!!! Fantastic!!!

The elevator waiting time was very long even they have many elevators.

Great location, a supermarket and convenience store located straight at the premises! It’s so close to the Ōimachi station which is just one stop away from Shinagawa station. Extremely convenient!

The room itself was a little outdated and could use more electricity sockets - but otherwise it was fine. This isn’t to do with the property itself but the one day that my room did go under cleaning, I could no longer find my personal pajamas that I brought, which I thought was quite odd.

Traveled with Location: A few minutes away from Oimachi station, very convenient. Elevators are located for both S and T towers (registration is in S tower). A large Hankyu supermarket with so many options are just below in the same building, as well as various food choices (McDonalds, Denny's, Starbucks, konbini, Japanese restaurants, etc). There is also an onsen at the 3rd level for guests, and a spa I think (but we weren't able to use either during our two-night stay) What really blew me away was that there is a self-service cloakroom in S Tower, with dozens of large lockers and chains EACH with a programmable 4-digit code, which hotel guests can use the day of their check-in AND their check-out; meaning you can arrive early, store your luggage, go around Shinagawa (or anywhere else for that matter), come back, check in, enjoy your stay, and on your check-out day, leave your luggage again for the WHOLE day. This service is completely FREE, but will charge JPY300 for each lock you use after midnight. What a great service for guests!

Space in the room could be larger, but that could be said of majority of accommodations in Japan.

Location is amazing. All the guidances were easy to follow. Onsen was really well managed.

I wish it were possible to purchase breakfast and Onsen tickets through my phone or directly from my room, rather than having to do so only at the reception area. Additionally, it would be great if the entire hotel were non-smoking. I noticed the tiny smell of cigarettes in the hallways on the non-smoking floor, particularly near the windows or when passing by the smoking room, which is located next to the women’s laundry room.

- Super nice location which next to the Oimachi station (only 2 mins walks) so easy to connect Shinakawa and any other station nearby. - Hotel is super clean and comfortable, we sleep really well. - Quiet and great staffs. - Hot bath sauna spa on the 4th floor, only 500yen. really nice. - A lot of convenience stores, super market next to... also drinking spots.

I found the quality of the rooms, the facilities available both inside the room and in the building, to be excellent. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had a wonderful view of the city and docklands (towards Haneda airport). This building has multiple restaurants, a supermarket, spa, ATM etc. And is location opposite the entrance the metro. I think the area of Shinagawa is also perfectly located for those who want to live in a more residential area but get to the main hubspots within 30 minutes. It's a short walk to many local restaurants and bars, you won't be disappointed! Checking in and out was easy, and the rooms were cleaned daily unless you request otherwise. Thank you so much to all the staff at the hotel! I can't believe how good the price was for this hotel.

Great location. Just across the road from Oimachi station which is easily accessible to Tokyo station, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Haneda airport. There is a conbini, Uniqlo and Muji nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. I will use again when I visit Tokyo!

The bathroom area smelled a bit (like a damp cloth) and I didn’t like that I have to keep pushing the shower button every 10 seconds to have water running

Onsen costs extra… property a bit old so there is some sewerage smell in the room’s bathroom. But all old hotels are the same so not much of a complaint rather than pointing out the obvious. Room is much tighter than I remembered. Haven’t came back in a while, realized how much smaller the room in Ours Inn is after using other business hotels in Japan like Toyoko, APA, Elcient etc.

It’s was soooo good. Very close to the train station even it’s not on yamamote line but still convenient!! The room is big enough for solo traveler like me, actually it’s bigger than I thought and bigger than normal Japanese hotel room. There is not bathtub in the bath room but I don’t care cause normally I don’t use it. There is Family mart on the first floor. The luggage room was amazing you can use it by yourself there are plenty of place to keep your luggages!! And the reception was self check in however hotel manager are there to help you if you don’t understand the process.

The building has everything I need. A hot spring spa, grocery store, cafés, restaurants, a100-yen store, etc., and right in front of three train stations from which you have easy access to Shinagawa and Haneda Airport. The room is small but functional and clean. Self-check in/out and Self-cloak lockers were so convenient. Helpful and polite staff.

The price may have gone up.
