The buffet breakfast was good I have to admit the first time I had breakfast I did not see the full offering as it was in a different room so did not get value for money.

The bathroom was tiny but had everything needed, just ok for me but for a larger individual it would have been somewhat inconvenient. I had read you go upstairs to reach the reception but would be have been confused arriving tired at night if I had not read about this.

I have stayed at the hotel many times before the pandemic. It shows how much I like it. Firstly, the location is excellent - conveniently close to Yamanote Line on JR East, making it easy for me to go around in and out of Tokyo, and easy for my local friends to find me. The staff, from Front Office to Housekeeping, are friendly and helpful, fully reflecting the quality tradition of New Otani (which I also used for business). The room is always kept clean and tidy. I have only positive things to say about this hotel and have been recommending to my friends who travel to Tokyo.

I would not say it is something I do not like. I just wish to see improvement in having a full record of repeat customers. I have been a New Otani Club member for many years, but I have lost the card as well the membership number for a long time. The hotel's system has yet to find me.

Breakfast was solid, facilities were fine, staff were very fast and polite on requests/questions. Location is also very nice too, where it had a few restaurants and a super market downstairs for cheaper snacks and drinks. Train wise not too bad either.

AC was controlled on the hotel’s end. Felt a little bit too warm in the room.

The location was great, close to the train station and lots of eatery near by. The breakfast was good. I wish it would change some other days. The setup also caused a lot of traffic jam. No flow to the buffet.

The cleanliness of the room. Under the bed was about 2 inches of dust. Looked like it was never vacuumed.

Convenient location with great service. Appreciated having an air filter in the room too. The breakfast buffet was yummy and had many options. One of the nicest features is that the complex also has a grocery store, many restaurants and a nearby Lawson's and train station.

Very easy access to the Yamanote JR (circular train) station. A few stops by one train line to various attractions such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Tokyo, Akihabara, Ueno, etc.

Hotel is near several office buildings, thus during office/rush hour, this place can be crowded. If you're a smoker, there is no smoking area here. Nearest is Lawson kombini but not 24h

it was very close to the train station, a Lawson’s and a few eateries around. Very good bathroom amenities.

The air conditioning doesn’t really get cool. i have found that most hotels in Japan keep is on the warm side, no matter how high you try and turn it up. it was hard to sleep at night being so warm. breakfast is exactly the same every morning

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of western and Japanese foods to choose from. I especially like the close proximity to the train station without having to cross busy streets, and the ease to shop at the little mall located next to the hotel.
