everything, the rooms are teaching teensy bit small, but there is space enough for everything. the amenities are grand, there are easily accessible restaurants, a delicious breakfast (I'd definitely recommend making sure your booking includes breakfast, it's amazing) and the staff are kind and helpful without being overwhelming. I definitely recommend.

the only niggly bit is I like to sleep in a cold room, and was unable to put the a/c below 18°C whereas id have preferred 15°C. but otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and very functional. Staff members were very efficient. Location is superb, being just a few minutes walk to the train station and underground stations.

The room size and the bathroom were extremely small although everything was organised very efficiently. For example I liked the way how working desk is arranged in that small space. However, I felt the bathroom scaring small even though I am of an average Asian size and not a claustrophobia.

I had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, and I loved the free coffee, water, and tea. The lighting in the room was also fantastic. Highly recommended!

During my stay, I noticed that the shower drainage was prone to clogging due to hair buildup. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a removable net to catch hair and prevent this issue. Overall, a small improvement that could make a big difference!

Nice room with everything I needed. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its literally a minute walk from shinagawa station. They also have a supermarket beside the hotel if you need food or drink etc.

The only main issue I had was that the walls are thin, so you can pretty much hear the conversations next door and also the snoring too and the vending machine on my floor did not work at all.

Having stayed at the main tower I don't understand why this one has such lower rating compared to the others, yes the room is smaller, but that's to be expected in Tokyo specially in a good location. However the service is up to standard with the other towers.

This is a nice place next to a major train station. There are lots of shops in the area. After a long flight it is a good stop before taking a train. The staff were amazing. Imagine getting in from 24 hours in airplanes/airports and having a friendly person get you in and to your room.

The location was my favorite part. Few mins away from Shinagawa station. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean. the linen was crisp and comfortable.

I thought the stuff can show a little bit more hospitality. I asked a man in the front desk some directions. He seemed annoyed about my questions.

Fantastic location opposite Shinagawa station. Whilst the room was small (which I was aware of) it was fully equipped, comfortable & quiet. Bed was comfortable, excellent WiFi, plenty of restaurants within the complex & a supermarket adjacent.

My only complaint was the difficulty in getting in/out of the combined bath/shower

Good location right infront of JR station. Clean rooms. Accessibility and security is excellent. Taxis are readily available at hotel lobby. Breakfast buffet at Hapuna and Maneu Kea are great.

Lack of bath salt provision. Tea and coffee could be provided at reception area for hotel guest during afternoon tea time.
